Tyler woke up the next morning but resented getting up. He couldn't bring himself to after what Blurry said last night. Knowing that he had a plan and his hatred for Josh only grew made Tyler feel very uneasy. He kept his eyes shut until he felt someone getting out of the other side of the bed. He rolled over to see Josh with the world's cutest bed head. Sure he was still in a mental black hole of devastation but he couldn't help but smile.

"Good morning," Tyler muttered without getting up still. Josh jumped kinda, not expecting Tyler to be awake. He smiled back and said, "Good morning."

"Sleep well?" Josh asked while stretching a bit. 'Not at all' he thought but said, "Oh yeah, what about you?" Josh just nodded to say 'good'. Tyler could have laid there for the rest of his life just looking at the blue haired boy. He could go on a whole rant but the chances of it ending in him just smiling like an idiot and not being able to actually speak words were way too high.

The rest of the morning was actually rather normal. No awkwardness from the kiss last night, no awkwardness at all. Plus, Tyler's parents were already at work and his siblings were most likely not home. Everything was fine up until they were eating breakfast and Josh said, "I'm so happy I told you all of that last night. I had been holding it in, I haven't even told Halsey... Well actually I am pretty sure I told her this one time I drank too much... Well anyway, I just had been questioning my sexuality for the last few months. I was thinking 'Hey maybe it's just a phase! It'll pass' but then I ran into you. Oh God, thats when I knew I was screwed. Then I started to actually get to know you and there was no doubt in my mind. So I tried to ease my parents into it actually. I would kinda say stuff like 'Oh look at him' when a cute guy would pass or something stupid like that. When I thought they were ready, I told them. Obviously I didn't wait long enough....My mom stood to the side and just watched while my dad hit and yelled at me. Kinda strange how she always would try to protect me with her life but once it comes out I like the same sex she treats me like someone she never met before...."

Josh was staring down at his lap the whole time he talked. When he lifted his head he noticed that Tyler was giving him all his attention. Josh sighed with a soft smile trying to reassure Tyler he was okay now.

"Josh, you can stay at my house as long as you need to."

"Thanks but I already told Halsey I was gonna be staying with her for a while. This isn't the first time something happened like this...Though this is the biggest it has ever been"

"What do you mean? Your parents kick you got of the house regularly?"

"No, no, not regularly. But it happened these other two times. Once in 7th grade when they found out I was ditching school. This other time while I was a Sophomore and I was busted for smoking in the bathroom. Which actually I wasn't even smoking, the people I was with were but thats not what my parents heard from the principal. All those times I just crashed at Halsey's for a week or so....but I have a feeling I'm going to be with her longer than just a week this time."

Tyler had this uneasy feeling in his stomach. "This is all your fault," Blurry whispered to Tyler with a smirk. Tyler tried the trick where he just looked at Josh and everything would get better but it wasn't working. Josh looked so sad, it just made things worse. "Do you need a ride?" Tyler asked quickly, trying to stop himself from looking like he was panicking.

"Oh," Josh said not expecting Tyler to ask, "No, she is gonna come pick me up." Tyler nodded while biting his lower lip, "What time? Like in a few minutes?" Josh looked kinda confused but answered, "Sure, I can ask her to come soon. Is something wrong?" Tyler shook his head, "No, I just remembered that I have something to do later today. Family thing, kinda boring but I have to do it anyway." He tried to play it off with a careless laugh, but it just sounded more awkward than anything.
