Normani's POV

I sighed as Dinah and I sat in the chairs beside Eli's bed.

He had been in a coma for 3 days. The bullet had almost killed him.

Dinah rubbed my arm as I leaned into her and cried.

"Dinah, I-I can't loose h-him." I cried.

"I know baby, I know." "He's gonna be alright okay?" She said.

"Who would do this to him?" I said.

"I don't know but, I talked to Officer Morgan and they're doing all they can to find out." She said.

I sighed. "Hey, cheer up. How about we go home, shower, and do a little Netflix and chill?" She said as she nudged me.

I smiled.

"There's that smile." She said as she grabbed my chin and kissed me.

"There's one hundred and four days of summer vacation" I sung along to Phineas and Ferb.

"And school comes along just to end ittt" Dinah sung.

We decided to watch Phineas and Ferb to cheer me up because I've always loved it.

"Momm, Phineas and Ferb are making a title sequence!" We both said as we ended the song.

We had watched almost 10 episodes.

"Thanks for cheering me up baby, I really appreciate you." I told Dinah.

"Anything for you babe." She said as she leaned with her lips poked out.

"Kiss?" She said.

I giggled before I pecked her lips.

Her lips remained poked out.

"More?" She asked.

I smiled. "How about this?" I said as I got up to straddle her lap.

I wrapped my arms around her neck as we kissed.

Which soon turned into a very heated make out session.

I moaned as both of her hands reached down to grip my ass.

Just as I took my shirt off Dinah's phone rang.

I sighed as I put my shirt back on and began to get off her lap. Only to be pulled back by her.

"Just stay it'll only take a minute, okay?" She said as she answered her phone.

"Yeah" "You did?" "Who is it?" "No I don't kn-, wait hold on Morgan"

"Babe?" She asked slowly.

"What's Jasmine's last name?" She asked.

"Jefferson why?" I said.

"I'll meet you at the station." Dinah sighed before she spoke into her phone.

I quickly realized what happened and instantly became angry.

"Where the fuck is she?" I asked as I got up.

Dinah's POV

We were walking to the interrogation room where Jasmine was.

I couldn't get Normani to be still for anything. I've never seen her so mad. Honestly I'm a bit scared.

We walked into the room with an officer behind us.

"Still looking fine as ever Mani." Jasmine said as she rubbed her chin.

After about 5 seconds Normani launched towards her.

Luckily I caught her before she almost killed her.

She kept trying to get out of my grip so I took her out the room.

I put her against the wall and pinned her arms above her head.

"Baby calm down." I said. I grabbed her face to make her look me in the eyes.

She finally calmed down and sighed.

"Why don't you just wait out here, I'll talk to her." I told her.

She nodded her head.

I walked back into the room.

"Did I do my job?" She said as she laughed.

If I wasn't a police officer.....

"Why? What the fuck was your reason for shooting an innocent person?" I asked as I began to become mad myself.

"You think you can just embarrass me and not get something in return?" She said.

"You shot someone because I almost beat your ass?" I said.

"Petty bitch." I mumbled as as I began to walk out.

"At the end of the day, they have no proof." She said as she leaned back in her chair.

"You're a stupid bitch too." I said as I shook my head.

"Lock her up." I told the officer.
