Hey everyone! Thanks so much for reading, and sorry about the mass updates and inbox clogs these past few days. I've been on a bit of a poetry kick. Anyways, I'm especially proud of this one, because it's basically three poems in one. If you read only the writing on the left align, it a poem, and the same if you read only the stuff on the right, and the same if you read it all together. I worked really hard getting this one to work so please vote??? For me???

Also, this poem is based around the two characters (Aliz and Nicole) of a story I'm co-authoring with chloelizabethh . We only just got the idea a couple days ago and haven't really started writing yet, but keep an eye out for that getting published on one of our accounts soon--in this poem, Aliz's POV is on the left and Nicole's is on the right, so let me know who you lean towards more, and what you think of this poem in general.

Whew. Sorry about that. That was A LOT of writing.

Anyways, here's what you came here for:

I wish you'd

open your eyes, darling,

stop seeing your life as a curse

embrace reality

the world is beautiful, full of wonder

and broken dreams

and stories waiting to be told.

Come back.

Remember when

we fell in love

it was just us two

under the stars

breathing sparks and

forging vows and

forgetting the world.

For an instant, I forgot

we had

forever.
