Louis’ POV.
I pulled out the piece of paper, as the rain slowly started to fall from the cloudy sky.
I could remember that day so clearly.
Everything has been put back to normal now.
I just wish I could change one last thing….
Lexi’s POV.
Louis’ been turned away from X Factor. Oh my god.
His mum just got the call, and she immediately burst into tears. My mum comforted her, as we watched the Bootcamp episode of X Factor.
Just as my mum turned away from the TV set, Dermot made an announcement.
“GUYS! Come back here!” I called out, and the two mothers came rushing back.
“What? What is it?” Jo asked, her voice scared. I pointed at the screen as Louis, a blonde boy, a boy called Harry, a raven haired boy and Liam Payne, who I recognized from his audition two years ago.
We watched in silence as the judges spoke to the two groups they’d brought back.
“We’re putting you both through as groups.”
The entire house was filled with screams.
“OH MY GOD!” I screamed, jumping up and hugging my mum and Jo.
I was ecstatic. I couldn’t believe it.
The time after that just flew by.

Finally, it was the finals.
“Babe, it’s alright. You guys were amazing.” I said, in hushed tones over the phone. “Thanks Lexi.” Louis murmured.
It was midnight, and we were both in bed- Louis in the X Factor house, me snug in my own bed at home.
“How’s our little man doing?” Louis asked. I chuckled, and cradled my bump. I was now 7 months along, and when Louis came back for Christmas, we were going to find out the gender of our baby. He had bets it was a boy, and I reckoned it was a little girl.
I’d managed to remain a secret throughout the X Factor shows- never went with Jay to a performance, and he’d made up a girl called Hannah as a cover. He knew it was only a matter of time, now that X Factor was over.
“Babe, I’d best be going. I love you, so much.” Louis mumbled. “Love you too.” I said quietly, before hanging up. I put my mobile down on my side table, and rolled back to my right side. Immediately, little Dragon (what I called our baby before we found the out the sex) started kicking, and squirming around.
I sighed. This was going to be a long night.

“Louis!” I screamed, flinging my arms around him in a hug. He laughed and hugged me back. “Hey love!” He greeted enthusiastically, kissing me softly. ‘How’s our little Dragon?” He mused, moving down to talk to my baby bump. I laughed, and moved it around a little. “She was very active last night, has been for the last week actually. Missing her daddy.” I joked, as he stood back up.
“Mum!” He cried, rushing and hugging her tightly. “My baby boy’s a celebrity!” She sobbed, crying tears of joy.
After consoling his mum, he greeted my mum, and we all moved to the Tomlinson’s lounge, where his entire family were waiting.
It was the day before Christmas eve, meaning Louis’ Birthday was tomorrow. And we were also celebrating the new boy band, One Direction.
Oh, by the way, did I mention Simon signed them on?
Louis’ POV.
Lexi managed to sneak up to my room and fall asleep, at about nine at night. I don’t blame her, though- she’s 7 months for Christ’s sake.
And once she’d vanished to bed, I crept up not long after.
She was so beautiful, lying there, with our child in her- she didn’t look fat, or run down- she looked stunning. She always did.
Smiling to myself, I crept into bed next to her, snuggling up so I was spooning her. “I love you baby. And you, baby.” I murmured, kissing Lexi behind her ear.
I couldn’t wait for tomorrow. I’d be seeing who won our little bet.
Find out if we were having a boy or a girl.
