Rushing To the Hospital

"Guys, Luna's fever is 103! We need to take her to the hospital!" Felix yelled holding pale Luna in his arms. I grab a bag for if she throws up, Mark grabs us all pillows and blankets, and Jack runs to start the car to het the A/C cool enough. Felix jumps in the back of the car lying Luna's head on a pillow on Felix's lap. Mark drives in his truck and brings everything while Jack sits passenger, leaving me to drive. "It's ok, Luna. Everything will be fine." Jack hands Luna the vomit bag, and I hear her throw up. I roll down the windows for some air, and we hit a red light. I look over at Felix and mouth 'don't let her fall asleep.' He nods and Jack looks scared shitless. When the red light turned green I turned to the street before the hospital and all I hear behind me is, "Don't fall asleep, we are almost there. Please stay awake." My foot voluntarily sped up and we parked right in front of the door. "Jack park us somewhere." I yell behind me running in. The moment the receptionist say Luna that pale and being held by her father, she called for a stretcher. Luna was wheeled into a room and me and Felix sit in the room with her,  Mark follows with the blankets and pillows. "I'm Doctor Bailey, what happened pre-visit?" "My niece had a headache so I checked her temperate, which was 98.8, so I gave her a headache pill and told her to lay down. About 10 minutes later my brother checks on her and she has a temp of 103." We sat in the room, Felix was shaking. "It's ok, the will take care of her." "WHEEL PATIENT 1049 TO ICU!" My heart break, Luna is patient 1049.
