Nothing To Lose (Emblem3)

Chapter 3- School and a Date...i think.

-Torii's POV-

I was having the best dream ever when out of nowhere something heavy plopped on top of me. I automatically knew what it was. The only person that wakes me up by falling half on top of me. I turned over to see that it was in fact my brother Danny.

"Morning"

"Morning...can you get off of me ?"

"Oh yeah" he chuckled

"What are you doing here?"

"Just stopped by to say hi"

Danny is 27. He has a wife and two kids. I don't get to see him as much as I'd like because he and Kim, his wife, have their own band. So they tour a lot. It's really cool though, I love going to their shows. We sat on my bed for a few minutes just talking until I had to get ready for school.

Once I was all done I called Lexxy to let her know I was on my way to her house. I said hi and bye to my family and walked out to my car.

When I got to my uncles house I walked up to the door and was greeted my him and his other kids. I sat down until Lexxy and her sister Nicole came out.

"Ready to go guys?" I asked them looking at the time.

"Yep" they both replied.

We walked out to my car and started on our way to school. We all go to the same school which is really convenient since I'm the only one that drives. Me and Niki are seniors and Lexxy is a junior. We usually just meet Niki at school because she rides with her boyfriend but once in a while she comes with us. When we get inside the school we separate from Lexxy. She goes with her friends and we go with ours. Our group consists of us two, Karla, Sara, Luis and Jaay. We're like the inbetweeners we know alot of people but were not popular. Well except for Jaay and Luis but that's only because they're on the soccer team. I was telling them about the concert and how we got to meet them but I left out the fact that we got their numbers and hung out with them yesterday. When the bell rung we started walking to our classes. Me, Karla, Luis, and Jaay had history first. It was so boring so we talked the whole time since we sat next to eachother. We were pretty much together for all of our classes so it wasn't that bad. The guys actually made it fun because they joked around a lot.

Finally lunch rolled around. I was so tired, I wanted to go home already. Our whole group walked out together. We sat down at our usual table outside and started talking about our morning classes. Then my phone vibrated. I checked and saw I had a text from Wes.

'Hey are you in school?'

'Yep but I'm at lunch...what's up?'

'Can I call?'

'Sure(:'

A few seconds later his face popped up on my screen. I answered and everybody at the table looked at me.

"Hello?"

"Hey How's school?"

"Eh school's school"

He chuckled at my hate for school.

"So I was wondering what you were doing tomorrow"

"Um just school, why?"

"Wanna hang out?"

"Yeah sure. What are we gonna do?"

"I was thinking maybe I could pick you you up and we could go to the movies?"

"Sounds great. What time?"

"Uh 5 ok?"

"Perfect" I probably looked like an idiot by now because I was smiling so much.
