22. Fight

Areum's P.O.V

"Why are you so flustered?" I asked Mi Young.

"Moonbin told me he likes me," she gleamed.

"It's about time," I laughed.

"You knew?!"

"Yeah. He told me."

"I see," she said. "Enough about me. Everyone is saying that you and Minhyuk are dating! Is that true?!"

"Yes," I said, faking a smile. I did like Minhyuk, but everytime I thought of it, I saw Eunwoo's hurt expression.

"Are you okay?" she asked.

"Yeah," I said. "I just... I just can't stop thinking of Eunwoo."

"Well. He did sing a song and kiss you in front of the whole school. What else could a girl ask for? It's almost as if he was showing everyone that you're his."

"I think it might be because I remind him of someone from his past."

"Past?"

"Yeah. He used to call me Haeun. I'm not sure why though. Even Jinwoo said that I looked like her."

"Oh. It must have been hard for Eunwoo. Maybe he really liked that Haeun girl."

"Yeah, I guess."

"Hey, Haeun," said Seo Jun as she sat next to me.

"Hello," I replied.

"You know," she said. "Stop acting like you are someone else. Stop doing this Haeun!"

"My name is Areum," I corrected her.

"Then why did you turn when I said, 'hey Haeun'?" she snapped.

I could have sworn she said my name.

"I get that a lot," I said. "I think I might have gotten used to it."

"Sure," she said. She shoved me, and I almost fell backwards.

"Ya! What's your problem?!" Mi Young sajd, raising her voice at Seo Jun.

"What? You can't take a joke either?" she snarled, and shoved Mi Young. She almost fell, but I catches her before she did.

"YA!" Mi Young shouted as she pulled Seo Jun's hair.

Seo Jun also held a grip on Mi Young's hair and they both pulled hard and shouted curses at each other.

"Ya! Mi Young!" I said, trying to pull her away.

Moonbin ran up to us, and pulled away Seo Jun.

I wrapped my arms tight around Mi Young, so she couldn't escape.

"Isn't Moonbin your little boyfriend?" Se Jun teased Mi Young, which made her angrier.

Moonbin was holding onto Seo Jun, keeping her from getting any closer to Mi Young.

Seo Jun turned around and kissed Moonbin on the lips!

I was in shock, but I only held on tighter to Mi Young.

"Ya," Moonbin said, pushing Seo Jun away.

"I know you liked it," Se Jun said.

Mi Young stooped trying to get away from my arms, and stayed still.

"Areum, you can let go of me now," she said.

I let go of her, and she ran into the girls restroom, crying.

"Mi Young!" I called out, running after her.

Moonbin stopped me.

"Areum," he said. "Let me talk to her."

Moonbin's P.O.V

Mi Young locked herself in the stall. I felt awkward being in a girl's bathroom, but at least there was no one around.

"Mi Young, don't be like this," I said.

"Just leave me alone," she said, crying.

"Mi Young," I said trying not to laugh. "You might as well come out now, because I won't be leaving until you do."

After a few moments she opened the door and stepped out.

I hugged her tight from behind.

"Ya, Moonbin!" she said, trying to get away.

"If you give me a kiss, I'll let you go," I said.

"Go ask the other girl since you liked it so much."

"Oh-oh Mi Young! Don't tell me you're jealous!"

"I am not!"

"Then kiss me," I teased.

She broke away from my arms and met my face.

"Moonbin," she said. "I really-"

I held her face and kissed her lips softly. I can't believe I found the balls to do that.

"Awe, you're so cute," I said, after the kiss. "Come on, we'll be late for class."

"Moonbin," she said, stopping me.

"Are you sure you even like me?"

"Don't ask that. You know I do."

"Yeah but-"

"Mi Young. I hope you realize that my eyes and attention, is all yours."
