Katherines pov

Calum had gotten here an hour ago to help me make sure I had everything for school on Monday. It was Saturday afternoon and calum had stepped outside of the room to take a phone call. I was sitting at my desk putting everything back into my backpack. I decided my black back was to plain so I grabbed my paints and brushes out of my drawer to my right and began to think of what to paint.

I had thought of my favorite quote and began painting it in light blue on the zipper pocket, not too small and not to big. It was in pretty cursive.

I had just finished when calum had barged back into my room and yelled "Katherine grey!" I turned around because he has never called me by my first name.

He peeked over my shoulder and read the quote outloud.

"Because kissing strangers never made me forget him, well okay Katie lets not kiss strangers but what I wanted to tell you was that you are coming to a party with me tonight!" He said adding a big grin after trying to convince me.

"A party sounds nice calum, but I don't know if my mom will let me go" I said telling the truth, she's usually cool with it but since it's only been a month since we moved she might be weird about it.

"Oh yeah about that,she said you can go as long as you be careful and bring your key to let yourself back in because she will be asleep"

"What?! Oh my gosh you all ready asked her" I laughed clutching at my stomach. I don't know why I thought it was so funny but I did.

"Well is that a yes or no Mrs Katie?"

"What time and what do I wear??"

"It starts at 8 and I don't know what you have so I will go through your closet and pick something out for you."

I laughed and got up and moved to my bed and watched calum go through my clothes.

"You have to wear this!!" He pulled out a black romper that Dakotah gave me awhile back that ever never worn.

"Maybe, if I can wear converse, it shows my cleavage and that makes me look weird and I don't know if I wore heels I'd be too fancy." I explained feeling a little awkward. I always
Wear jeans or shorts or leggings. I feel weird showing my legs sometimes and I don't know why.

"Its gotta be these converse though" he said throwing my white high tops at me. I nodded and agreed.

"Are you just gonna wear what you're wearing?"
I asked looking at his outfit, it was party worthy for a guy.

"Yeah I figured I'd just stay here and help you get ready instead of going home so we could just leave from here."

"Sounds like a plan to me, what time is it now???"

Calum looked at his phone which read 4:47

"We have a few hours,want to go to nandos to eat?? We will be back by six so you can get ready" I agreed to what he said and I texts day mom that we would be back by six, she went grocery shopping and isn't home yet.

We slid into his car and I turned the radio off and plugged in my phone and put on old songs. We both sang along until we arrived at nandos a few minutes later. I'm really happy that I live by everything. We got up to the register and we ordered our food and ate.

"Calum I'm in a towel doing my make up but can you come do me a favor?" I shouted into my room while applying concealer under my eyes. He entered the bathroom shortly after and I smiled at him in the mirror, "can you blow dry my hair please?" I said doing the puppy eyes that I know he can't resist.
