Katherines pov

"I'm not gonna hurt you Katie, I promise" Luke's voice slipped into my ear.
My breathing returned to normal slowly and I was currently in Luke's car driving to his house. He kept looking at me every once in a while to check on how I'm doing. My mind keeps racing with horrible thoughts and hands still shake.

I close my eyes and listen to the radio.

"Luke" I'm able to say with a shaky, scratchy voice.

"Yes Katie? Are you okay?"

"Whyre you taking me to your house? You don't have to and I'm not your favorite person. Like I can go home"

"One, stop saying that because that's not true. And two, because I'm not gonna leave you alone after what happened" my heart skipped a beat at this sudden kindness. I nodded and left it at that.

We began to pull into a drive way with a house that had no lights on. I unbuckled my seatbelt and waited for the car to fully stop. I opened the door once it did and began to walk to Luke's side. I ended up by his side and walk ed to the front door with him. He grabbed his key and slid it into the slot and unlocked the door.

"Its not the cleanest I'm sorry" he said taking my hand leading me through the dark. We walked up a few stairs that led to his bedroom. The bedroom door swung open and I was met with a very neat room, very neat for a guy at least. I let his hand go and went and sat on the sat on the squishy bed. I looked down at my nails and picked at them because I was nervous. My adrenaline was still rushing because of the Josh kid.

My heart began to quicken and my breathing became rapid. Luke turned to me quickly and rushed to me

"Katie breathe you're okay it's just us here no one is gonna hurt you" he said his words barely making an impact on my panic attack. I looked at him with wide eyes and grabbed his shirt in my palm softly. I let a few tears slip between violent breaths. He ran his hand through my hair and didn't say a word.

We stayed this way for a good 3 minutes until I could breathe again. I pulled away from him wiping my eyes that I knew had black make up circles under.

"Katie lets get you out of those clothes. I can find something for you to change into" he said being nice, but sounding so sexy at the same time.

I nodded agreeing because this outfit was bugging me, and it had joshs hands all over it. He walked to his closet and grabbed a black t shirt and black boxer short things

"Well I think this is all I have, it's gonna be a little big" he said awkwardly scratching the back of his neck

"thanks. Where's the bathroom?"I said in a very quiet voice.

"Come here" he said, once again sounding so sexy.

He led me down the hall and turned to a little bathroom. I switched on the light before going in. "Thank you ill be right out" I walked in and pressed the door shut and quickly locked it.

"Wait Luke" I said kind of loudly so he can hear me

"Yes Katie??"

"Can you please wait for me. I don't wanna wall back alone.." I said my voice trailing off in the end. I was too scared even though I knew it was just Luke and I in the house.

"Of course. Ill be right here waiting" he said. I heard a little creak from him leaning up against the door

I quickly slid off my pants, shirt and bra stepping into the boxers and putting the shirt over my bare chest. he shirt was very big but the boxers were with little better because of my thick thighs.

I grabbed my clothing off the floor and slowly opened the door making sure Luke wouldn't fall. Which he didn't luckily. I gave a shy smile and we headed back to his room. I didn't know what to say so I kept my mouth shut. We ended up back in his room and I set my pile of clothes under his desk so they were out of the way.

"I thin you should be going to bed, you've had a rough night" I agreed to that quickly

"Can i just have a blanket for the floor?" I asked him with a eye brow slightly raised.

"Youre not sleeping on the floor Katherine you're taking the bed don't be silly, ill take the floor." I nodded with a light blush growing on my cheeks.

I climbed into his bed and slid under the covers. He turned of his bedroom light and lay himself at the foot of the bed.

"Luke I didn't call my mom, do you know where my phone is?" I said starting to get nervous about telling my mom where I am.

"Its been taken care of,dont worry"

"Okay" I rolled into my other side and tried to fall asleep. I began thinking about the events that occurred tonight.

"Luke?? You still up?" I asked even though it's barely been 10 minutes since I laid down.

"Yes are you okay?"

I took a deep breath
"Can you come lay up here with me please..?"

It was silent before I heard some shuffling and saw his dark figure come to the bed.

"I won't touch you. ill lay here until you fall asleep" Luke whispered getting into the bed next to me but not touching me, just like he promised
