Katherine's pov

Andrews room looked pretty good, the baseball took forever to paint but it's perfect. A perfect little circle.

Today I was going school shopping with my mom while Andrew stayed at the neighbor boys house.  I got my packages the other that I ordered and the clothes fit perfectly. Mom decided it was time to go shopping here so we were getting ready and then leaving.

I through on some leggings that made my butt pop and a loose band tee. My hair was driving me crazy so I threw it up in a messy bun  and was satisfied that no pieces were touching me. I looked in my bathroom mirror before heading downstairs with my purse and vans in hand.

We ended up going to target a few miles away but I wasn't complaining, I love target and always will. I was looking through hoodies on a circle spinning rack and a girl around my age was  staring at me from a few feet away.  I smiled at he and continued to look through the clothes wondering where my mom went with the shopping cart.

"I'm sorry for staring but your hair is amazing" the girl said after 5 minutes.

"Thank you" I smiled back at her

"I'm Reese by the way!" The random girl in the middle of the isle said way to excited

I giggled and said that my name is Katherine. We made small talk and my mom finally came back so I could put my clothes I wanted to buy in the cart. I gave Reese my number because she was really nice and sweet and it seemed like I made a friend. I guess making friends in Australia is different then in California.

I waved goodbye to her and continued shopping with my mom. We talked about calum coming over tonight for dinner and a Harry Potter movie marathon. I loved the whole Harry Potter series and the Star Wars  series, they were just so interesting to me.

I ended up buying 2 hoodies a few pair of pants, and a pajama set that was white shorts and black tank top, all super soft.

My mom let me drive the car back home and I'm still not used to driving in Aussie. I plugged in my phone and turned on hey there Delilah by plane white tees and sang along. My mom always liked me singing along to all my favorite songs. I used to sing in the bath while she washed my hair when I was younger.

I got home and brought my bags up to my bedroom and called calum.

The phone rang 4 times before calum answered.

"Hey Katie what's up?" He said and there was shuffling in the background but I couldn't tell what it was.

"Well I just got home from shopping and wanted to know if you wanted to come over for dinner and then a Harry Potter movie marathon"

"Of course Katie I'm at band practice right now but I'll head over soon? Does that work?"

I said a yes and hung up with calum and decided to put away my new clothes.  School started in two weeks and it made my stomach upset every time I thought about it. What would I wear? What would I do if I made no friends?

I needed to stop worrying so I went down stairs and my mom told me to go get Andrew from next door. I walked out front and to the front door of the neighbors. I knocked waiting for someone to answer the door and the mother opened the door.

"Hi sweetie, are you here for Andrew?" I nodded and she invited me inside. There house was Cozy, with pretty couch pillows. It's a weird thing to call pretty but they were. Andrew and the other little boy came running in from out back and came over to me.
