"Sssssh.. you're going to wake her up." I heard Camila's voice and I realized she was combing my hair while my face was resting on my forearms at the side of her bed.

My son giggled and started whispering "But she slept all day..."

That made me raise my head quickly.

Gabe had only one IV connected to his arm and was wearing clean pajamas, and Camila wasn't intubated anymore.

I frowned and pulled the phone out of my pocket realizing it was late afternoon.

"Hi princess." Camila's voice brought me back to that weird reality.

"Did I seriously sleep all day?" Both heads nodded.

"Dinah said you didn't sleep at all since the accident, I couldn't wake you from your first sleep, even if your back must be killing you right now."

I nodded trying to stretch, I couldn't find the power to sleep until the moment I knew Camila was safe.

Good luck with when the kids would be teens and go out at night.

With three boys especially, the odds were against me.

Boys.

Camila didn't know yet, my smile grew big, it was just the three of us in the room, we could have that talk.

"Guys, I've something to tell you, I know the babies' sex."

"Again with that word.." Gabe grumbled, "...of course they hug naked, there's no clothes in mama's belly!" I thought of Sofi's definition of the word and laughed.

My heart broke when Camila laughed too but immediately was stopped by the ache at her chest.

"No Gabe, I mean that I know if they're boys or girls." I explained with a big smile.

Camila's expression became extremely excited and Gabe's mirrored hers.

"I can guess from your joy, Laur." Camila pointed out with a smug smirk.

"Say it then." I challenged.

"They're boys, aren't they?" She brought both hands at her round tummy answering and I gaped.

"How could you tell?" I pouted playfully.

"If they were girls you would have been so in panic by now."

True, I thought as she chuckled lightly.

"You're having two little brothers Gabe, are you happy?"

The boy nodded with the biggest grin.

Telling our families about the boys was fun, as predicted our dads went nuts about it and everybody was generally happy.

Even Sinu after two daughters couldn't wait to know our new boys.

Camila's pregnancy after the accident was pretty fun, everybody was constantly so excited to make it all worth it.

Every time Camila woke up in the middle of the night in desperate need of something, and it usually was sex, I complied eagerly.

I was studying one morning for an important exam when my lady appeared in the kitchen. She was around her thirtieth week and it was almost Christmas.

Gabe was at preschool and I knew what Camila's ravenous look meant.

She started opening every furniture door in search of something.

She didn't even say good morning after what seemed to be an entire day of sleep, the twins were taking up all of her energy.

"'Morning babe, are you looking for something in particular?" I tried.
