There were ups and really bad downs, but having to have gone through all of this, it seemed to have formed a shell. I seemed "unbreakable", but I definitely wasn't. I acted tough, because was. But if you try and get to me, it does. It gets to me definitely too quickly. It seems hard, but I had a horrible temper. It was like I was a newborn werewolf, but I imprinted on everyone who didn't do anything wrong, but got angry at those who did. It was odd, but seemed less psychotic than it seemed. At work, we were working on yet another case as always, but Strauss, the lead of the BAU, wants to evaluate us all. Writing this, I feel odd, because I'm at work right now, scribbling this all in. I'm just scared I'm going next.

"Liz, your turn." Reid says. I close my book and slip it in my bag. Quickly, I walk up the stairs and before I walk in, I stop, taking a quick breath in and knocking twice. "Come in Lisandee." Strauss says. She wasn't much of a nice woman, but she was tough. It wasn't very good to be tough back, but what can I say? I'm only me. I walk in, and close the door behind me. The lights were on, but all of the blinds weren't. "Hello Lisandee." She says. "Hello Agent Strauss. How are you doing today?" I ask her. "Fine, how are you?" She asks. "Fine, thanks for asking." I reply. It wasn't mean, or tough. It was casual. My regular talking voice. She opens my file, and that's when my heart starts beating. "You work at the BAU, have four children, work at a modeling industry, and your married?" She asks me. "Yes." I say. "How do you manage all of this?" She asks me. "I manage it well. I'm sorry to make a life story out of this.. Is that alright?" I ask, pausing for her approval. "Yes, go on." She says. I sigh, and their memories flash before me. " I joined the BAU when I had my two daughters Raina, and Lindsey. As the team and I remember, we even had a case that lasted at least ten years on it. It turned out to be a gang in the end of it all. They killed my husband, Aiden, and my two year old daughter Lindsey. After that, I raised my one daughter, but at the time I was pregnant with my next daughter, Amy. After that came Yasmine, then Mary. All those years I raised them. The killers still not found. I'm not sure why it was us, but Raina, my oldest is now 16, turning 17 in just two weeks. The killers tried striking again, but now we had them. They're all dead now." I finish. I realise I was staring at the table, and tears coming out of my eyes. I wipe my eyes and sigh. Why tell this story now? It was very summarized though. "Lisandee, you are a very strong woman. I'm sure you've lost a lot. Hotchner is not being a good leader in my opinion. What do you think of replacing him?" She asks me. I stare at her. "Agent Strauss. I'm not going to beg to your knees. Don't replace Hotch. He's the best man I've ever met. He's a good leader! He led us through bad and worse. We all love him. Don't replace him." I say to her. She stares at me for a moment. Not in shock, but of disagreement. "If it comes down to it, you'll be the leader. Send in Morgan." She says to me. That was it. I walk out, furious. "Morgan, your turn." I say. I felt boiling. It somebody even touched me I felt like I would burn them, or explode myself.
