I was glad being upstairs, and I go into my room. I crawl onto my bed and lay there for a while. I hear my phone, and feel it buzz on my thigh in my pocket. I quickly flip over and answer. "Hello?" I ask. "Liz, how are you doing?" A voice said. I check caller ID. Sam. "Terrible, how are you?" I ask. "I'm fine. What's happened?" He asks. "Heh, funny how it's always me right? On a case. Very messed up one. Probably the longest one. Really screwed up, and got thrown a few times. I'm all casted up." I say. "Want to tell me the whole story? I have time." He says, and I do so, holding back nothing. "Alright. We have an actual meeting. This one is important, probably a longer one. You head on over okay?" He says. "Alright. I'm just glad the girls didn't get sucked into the pack." I sigh and hang up after saying bye. Laying there for a moment, I just wanted to stay there forever. All of my past was the past. Nothing mattered now. I had kids, and I was.... Alone. I was alone. Rossi wasn't married and he didn't even have kids. He wasn't alone. But me, with kids, was alone? I stand up. Literallery. Standing. I felt a jult of pain coming up. I sit in the wheel chair after a moment of standing. I go near the stairs and flop onto the top, and close the wheel chair. I roll it down the stairs, and flop quickly down each chair. I open the wheel chair and sit down. "Amy?" I call out. "Yeah Mom?" She asks. "Can you drive me somewhere? Tell Raina she's baby-sitting alright?" I ask her. "Okay, sure, where?" She asks. "I'll tell you in the car." I say, and we both go outside. I give her directions and all, and tell her to drive home safely back. I get out of the car, and go by the door. I did NOT want to be seen in a wheelchair. I bite my lip, and knock on Sam's door. He answers and lets me in. I go inside, and we wait for the others. It was regular. I was glad that I got no comments. We talk about the blood suckers, and if they would ever give up. I didn't want to say anything, but I didn't want to be here. I was apart of the pack, but it was just awful carrying that burden. Everyone carried it. My phone buzzes near the end. "One minute." I say, and move to the side a bit. Raina. Could there be something wrong? I ask myself. "Hey Raina, what's wrong?" I ask. "Mom, there's a guy at the door. He says he's.... He knows you?" She asks. "Raina, can you see through the peep-whole?" I ask her, quietly, trying not to disturb the meeting. "Yeah. He's tall. Black hair. I think it's your boss. Should we open up?" She asks. "Does he sound like Hotchner and does he look like him? Ask for his name, open the door and ask for his name." I tell her in a quick, hushed voice. "What's your name?" I hear her ask, in a serious voice, after hearing the door open. "S.S.A Hotchner." I hear him say. "It's Hotch. It's okay Raina." I say to her, relieved. "Okay, he wants to talk to you." She says. I hear the phone switch. "Liz, where are you?" Hotch asks. "I'm at a friends' house. We're all talking about a recent happening." I say. It sounded better than I thought. Nice and unwanted. Unheard. Worse than I thought. "Aright. I need you to come home. Your family is in danger." He says. I nearly drop my phone. My jaw drops. "What?" I say loudly, surpirsed. It interupts everyone. But I didn't care.
