When I look at you,
you make everything okay.

I don't know what to say.

I remember who I want to be.
When I look at you,
I remember that I'm me.
When I look at you,
my world doesn't fall apart.
When I look at you,
I'm not so scared of the dark.
When I look at you,
the waves start to recede.
When I look at you,
I know where I want to be.
When I look at you,
I can never be mad.
When I look at you,
I can never be sad.
You’re amazing
and I hope you hold on to that trait.
