FAST DATING
Well done, today is your last day of your 3rd week. You have come a long way and I know that the man or woman that you see in the mirror is a totally different person in comparison to the one who began this challenge 21 days ago. Because of your patience and your willingness to just let God butter you with his wisdom; I will be talking about a very favourable topic!
THERE ARE NO BIBLE SCRIPTURES WHATSOEVER ON DATING.

The moment everyone was waiting for. You have come a long way but do you see a change in you? If not you need to start again and this time, you must ask that God will be central, if you're just browsing your way through these 31 days, you must stop. If you began to read for some sort of game or as an opportunity to waste time; you must stop and read no more.

There is power in the Gospel, it's the hope of all mankind. For that reason, I believe that the Gospel is the foundation for everything. There is nothing that you want to do outside of the Gospel, that will bring true satisfaction and fulfillment.
It's about what Jesus did on the cross, nothing else! So listen very carefully because this is where some people are at. Some people are dating, some people are thinking about it, some people have already been through it all. Some people put their whole hope into how the media makes dating look like.
Dating is not in the Bible but the question is: 'Is dating wrong?'

Jacob was known for being a lover, a very sweet, authentic and spontaneous man of God after Rachel's heart. What a beautiful love story as he waited for Rachel for 14 years! It was like a reflection of Jesus patiently waiting for the day that everything will be made right on the cross. However, Jacob never got the opportunity to date her. In the old testament, it seemed as if dating was useless and people just married.
In the new testament, Jesus hardly mentions marriage but only when he is asked in that specific topic, twice. He also talks about marriage when He talks about the new Jerusalem. There are a few pages in Paul's writings and Peter's too, which talk about marriage, there is also a tiny bit more in other letters but they are not really about marriage in general.
What am I trying to say?
If marriage isn't mentioned so much, why would dating be?

I believe there should be more than 'dating'. If you rely on dating to prepare you for marriage, you will miss out on God's plans. You see, God wants to give you someone for this journey so the focus shouldn't be in how you dress, where you eat and giving reviews to your friends on how well everything went. The focus should be on the both of you, going on a mission.
Dating is normally two people getting to know each other, growing and honoring each other but that's simply a made up definition in the church. The only reason I don't assume that you date as a godly man or woman is because the meaning of 'dating' isn't the same in this world. In other words, being boyfriend and girlfriend isn't really what the scriptures teach.
