"I DO" BUT I CAN'T - (31 Day Challenge)

DAY TWENTY-THREE

I'M CONFIDENT BECAUSE I'M ROYALTY

Everyday you will add a new principle from the previous chapter.

If I were to tell you that after these 31 days you will be transformed and you will have a better understanding and a closer relationship with God, I would be lying to you. The truth is, it's your choice. You could come this far and start to not take it seriously, you could go through 31 days and not remember a thing. You could have all this information and still go through the same selfish routines as you did before.

All this time, you could have been reading this with your physical eyes, all this time, you could have been trying to understand these texts with your physically mind and your worldly perspective. Maybe you still don't understand a few topics that we've covered or you've skipped past a few challenges because you 'couldn't' get them done.

You are making a big mistake, the truth is, that's exactly what the devil wants. The devil doesn't want you to change, the devil doesn't want you to have a better understanding of your creator or an increased number of fantasies in your head about you in heaven obtaining the gifts God has set for you. The devil doesn't want you to think about life eternally, he wants you to focus on the 'hopeless now' - your struggles, finance, future and faults in your relationships. The devil wants you to use your physical gifts to fight in spiritual battles.

The truth is, we are in a war. You've been shying away in a corner for too long. You've been avoiding to talk to other people in different religions, you've been hiding your sins and secret addictions, so to be real with you, the next eight days will be tough. It will require a lot of sacrifice and it will require a better understanding of your 3 part being. Spirit, Soul and Body.

The question is this:
Do you know who you are?

We talked about purpose, we talked about what Jesus did for you, we've talked about how much authority you have but do you know who you are?

One of the question I'm repeatedly asked on a constant basis when I'm out with people, especially in their time of need is: how do I gain more confidence?

That question is what I battled with growing up. I was a shy person and to be honest, we all get nervous now and again but once you actually realise who you are, you'll never be the same again.

When you find out who you are in Christ and the way God sees you, you will put your head high and you will walk confidently on any path, with anybody, in any place.

BIBLE VERSES:

1 Timothy 1:7 - For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.

Hebrews 13:6 - So we can confidently say, "The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can man do to me?"

Psalm 139:13-14 - For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.
