Saturday came so slow. I mean I'm not one of those people who hates school. But I hate when we just sit and take notes in school. Like I want to do something with my life.
But I was so excited when I woke up because I was going to hang out with people today. And as lame as this sounds I never really had more than one friend and Sammy was always with other people on weekends. We would hang out but he would drop me if any of the boys ever wanted to do anything. To be honest I don't blame him it must me hard having a girl best friend and not doing guy stuff.
But when I woke up, I woke up to lots of texts coming from the new group chat.
Nate: Aye we still on for later?
Derek: I'm still in
Derek: How bout y'all?
Jack G: I'm still in
Jack J: Me too
Nate: Aye Sammy boy you comin?
Nate: Oh and Phillips?
Sammy: Yeah Bro I'm in
Derek: Sweet what about A?
Sammy: She's probably coming she sleeps till like one so don't expect an answer anytime soon.

I decided to leave them hanging and go get ready but the buzzing didn't stop the whole time. If this is what having friends is like maybe I'm not missing out.
But I couldn't help but wonder if Jack really would ask me out.
