As lunch time rolled around everyone was acting off and I wanted to know why. I just felt out of the loop like everyone knew something I didn't. As I was deep in thought I knocked into somebody making all stuff fall out of my hand.
"I'm so sorry. I was out of it." I said bending down to grab my stuff.
"It's all good, babe." I heard a guys voice say above me.
I didn't know who he was but all I know is this was weird so I kept gathering my things.
"Um, sorry but I'm kind of taken and not your babe." I said forcing my voice out to be a little louder.
I heard the guy crouch down in front of me making my breathing speed up. He touched my face and forced my eyes up. As soon as I looked at him I busted out laughing.
"Jack, I thought you were someone else." I said laughing and leaning into him. So we were both holding each other laughing in the ground probably looking so weird.
"So your taken, huh?" He said grinning.
I got flustered not knowing how to answer. "Well, I mean not taken, taken but enough to say it to someone calling me babe." I rushed out.
"Jeez babe, I was just playing." He said laughing at me and helped me gather my things.
"WAIT" I semi yelled in realization making him look up," this is how we met." I said in a quieter, more normal voice.
"AWW we're goals." Jack joked with me smiling and standing up handing me a stack of my papers. I stood up too combing both stacks of papers. And giggled at his comment looking around to see if any teachers were in the hall because I did not need another P.D.A mark. I kissed his cheek and took my things to class.
Whenever I'm in a bad mood he makes it better.
