Bryan's P.o.v
When I got home from a long day of work, I saw Keisha eating popcorn on the couch and watching a movie. I would say that she was watching the movie, but too bad she was more focused on the popcorn than the movie, 22.
"Keisha, you need anything from the store?" I asked her before setting my work bag down before sinking into the couch next to her and reaching over to get some popcorn. She dragged the bag of popcorn away from my reach and answered, "I need a spa day because my back kills!" I laughed and looked at her stomach. Wow, she's getting bigger and bigger by the weeks.
I looked up at her and smiled, so she smiled back and said, "You know that when you smile like that, I can't help but smile...but I'm so serious right now, I need that spa day."
"Alright, mommy, you'll get one tomorrow when I'm at work. You can go with Miracle so that she can watch over you and stuff. I don't think that she has work tomorrow, but I'll double check, deal?" I asked, making Keisha smile and nod her head before continuing to eat the popcorn. These day...well, months, Keisha has grown very comfortable with Miracle. When she told me that she embarrassed herself in front of Miracle, and that's the reason why she won't go back, I said that I wasn't having it, so I took Keisha right back there and didn't leave until she had a decent conversation with Miracle. I didn't have to do anything else after that because all she wanted to do was go to Miracle's house and stuff. Plus, Keisha told Miracle about 3 months later why she was pregnant and she finally explained more about Oliver since she told me that the first time that her and Miracle talked, she said that Oliver was the cause of her depression and bipolar but she didn't really explain why. Look, I'm just glad that she has someone else to be there for her besides Jolene and I. Plus, her depression and bipolar isn't as severe as before thanks to Miracle. What a miracle!
Speaking of Jolene and I, I told Jolene that with Keisha around, I don't really want to get involved with her and she completely understood. I know how Keisha get's when I text or speak on the phone with Jolene.
A few months before
"Who you texting...oh wait, I know! It's my sister! Oh, so now there is a thing going on between the both of you two, right? Okay. Continue." Keisha said with every last bit of disgust and sarcasm.
Earlier
"Why is your hotline blinging?! If you ain't gone pick it up, then turn the damn shit off! I already know who it is anyways, so no need to hide it." Keisha said before rolling her eyes and picking herself up, then exiting the room in a huff.
Present day
I know that Keisha wants me to focus only on her and tend to her needs and not Jolene's, so I try my best to ignore Jolene.
"Hey, I got a question." Keisha said after a long moment of me watching the movie and her eating her popcorn. I looked at her in response, so she continued, "How much longer do I have to go through with this torture before it's all over?"
"Hey, you chose it, don't forget. Also I think the doctor said that you are due somewhere in May, which is only like 2-3 months away. You think you can handle it?" I asked with a small smirk. She shrugged and said, "I'll get through, but I really wanna go back to school. I haven't been in school in like 3 months."
"Yeah, and I talked to your principle and they said that once you come back, you can make up all the homework and tests that you missed." I told her, making her groan in disgust and whine, "But I don't feel like doing all of that work!" I shot her a glare making her sigh and saying, "Fine, but you're going to help me watch the baby when it comes while I do my work."
