Chapter 5

(Aphmau's POV)

I woke up to the sound of an alarm clock blaring into my ears. While I stretched, hitting the snooze button to stop the noise. Celeste was barking, trying to get me up out of bed. I finally got up to get dressed, then to wake up the beauty queens... Katelyn and Kawaii~Chan. Trust me, that is going to be so much fun.

"Katelyn! Kawaii~Chan! Lucinda! Time to get up!" I was yelling at the top of my lungs, I opened the door to Katelyn's room.

"Aphmau, don't worry I'm already dressed. I'll get Lucinda down there up. You handle Kawaii~Chan, you are the only one that can get that mewfia out of bed." Katelyn ran down the steps, next thing I hear is punches being thrown back and forth between the two.

"Kawaii~Chan?! Time to get up. Don't make me come in there."

"Aphmau~Senpai... Kawaii~Chan doesn't want to get up. She is really tried."

"Fine. I guess you won't see Aaron and I kiss on the trip." I walked away, knowing that she'll get up with no problem.

"No! Aphmau~Senpai please don't leave with Kawaii~Chan! I don't want to miss my ship kiss."

"You got five minutes to get downstairs and at the front door!"

I was already at the door waiting with Katelyn and Lucinda for Kawaii~Chan to make an appearance. She eventually did and we girls got into the van as the guys walked across the street. I already had Celeste in the van in the front to drop her off at doggy daycare. After the guys got in, Celeste got into Aaron lap, snuggling on him. When was got to the daycare Celeste didn't listen to me to get out so Aaron took her in instead. Everyone in the van was laughing, I however wasn't pleased. I crossed my arms and just let them have the laugh. Aaron starting to tell me, no bragging to me on how he was the Best Dog Dad Ever. I mumbled to myself in frustration. We headed on the road for a beautiful drive down to the camp site. While driving, the whole van was mostly quiet. I turned on the radio slightly so we could listen to some road trip tunes. Aaron and I estimated that it would be a two to three hour drive their depending on traffic.

"How much longer Aphmau?" Katelyn groaned in boredom. She does this every trip we go on, complain on how slow I'm driving. Maybe... KATELYN, I don't want to get a ticket or maybe no dyeing would be a better option.

"Katelyn honey. Don't worry we will get there. Try to be a little patient?" Travis sighed in a whisper at the end. Lucinda snickered and mumbled to herself.

"Katelyn? Be patient? Ha, that's a miracle waiting. That will happen when pigs fly." Lucinda was waiting for a response from Katelyn.

"Yes know Lucinda. Maybe Travis is right, I should try to be patient. I'll be on my phone to watch same videos."

"Man, Travis your changing Katelyn. It's so different seeing Katelyn this way. I guess you do have a way with girls."

"Shut up Lucinda. Do you want to fight me? Here and now!" Katelyn snapped at her, Travis sat between the two which is horrible for him. He is directly in the line of fire... poor guy.

"Heh, that's the Katelyn I know. Aphmau tell me when we are there. I am going to catch up on some zzz's." Lucinda put her earbuds in, then fell asleep. Everyone else was pretty calm, Kawaii~Chan and Zane were talking a lot back there probably about ponies. Laurence and Garroth were holding their phones in the air, yelling about finding some Pokémon in the new mobile game Pokémon Go. Aaron and I mainly were jamming out to music in the front. After a while Aaron took over on the driving to the camp site.

I fell asleep while Aaron was driving, I wake up to him tapping me on the shoulder. He said we were a couple miles away. I yawned and turned my head to tell everyone else.

"Hey everybody. We are almost there at the site. Start putting electronics away and what not. Make sure you pass it along to back seat." I yawned once more to try and wake up. Aaron drove up to the front and I went inside to check in. The guy at the front desk gave me our cabin number and a pamphlet of rules, other things that we can do on the site. Walking back to the van, telling Aaron what number we were so he could park in front of the cabin. We were driving along a dirt road with trees all over the place which was kind of beautiful. The cabin however look so beautiful and nice, Katelyn was the first person to get out of the van yelling thank god and waiting for Travis to get out.

"The cabin looks nice, maybe smaller than I thought. I hope we have room for everyone." Laurence pointed out, leaning up against the front end of the van.

"Let's stop talking about it and go see it!" I ran on into the front doors, as I looked in. It was much nicer inside and is much bigger than Laurence thought. I saw a small little living area and on the second floor there are doors to three or four rooms. Hearing "oohs" and "ah's", I'm pretty sure we were going to enjoy having a cabin.

"Nice job Aphmau. Thank god we don't have to sleep outside. I hate being outside, sunlight and more sunlight." Typical Zane, moaning and complaining about pretty much everything.

"Baby brother can you ever be happy for once?" Garroth turned to Zane, I already knew what he would say. Just that one word... Nope.

"Nope. I'm only happy when I'm alone. In my room... away from everybody else Garroth." Zane sighed and plopped himself on the couch, then let out another but longer sigh.

"Anyways. How many rooms are there Aphmau?" Laurence came up to me and smiled. "Maybe we can spend some time together and hangout more since we are here together."

"Aaron caught on what Laurence was doing and answered for me. "There is one room with three beds and the other three remaining rooms have King sixed beds. You're welcome Laurence."

"Okay. Aaron. Why don't we all pick our rooms?" I glanced at the corner of my eye, seeing Katelyn and Travis sneaking off to a room.

"We guys will be in the huge room. Is that okay with you Zane?" Garroth asked and Zane agreed too, with his witty remarks of course.

"Kawaii~Chan and I will bunk together. Laurence could you help us with our bags?" Lucinda walked out with Laurence and Kawaii~Chan.
