Chapter 8

(Aphmau's POV)

It was now morning, I woke up and Aaron was still sleeping beside me. I let out a huge yawn and heard someone knocking on the door. So I walked on over to see who it was, Katelyn.

"Aphmau, you awake?" Katelyn asked, letting out a huge yawn also. I could smell her sausage breath, meaning she didn't brush her teeth before going to bed yesterday.

"Yes I am awake now. Do you kiss Travis with that mouth?" I teased, knowing I would get punched.

"Um... excuse me?" Katelyn, blushing bright red. "I would NEVER kiss Travis!" She turned around and punched me in the shoulder.

"You did at A-Con." I teased even more just because that is what friends do. Tease each other. Heh. Heh.

"Aphmau. Stop it! Before I punch you again." Katelyn made a fist and I knew she wasn't bluffing, since she already hit me once.

"I was kidding... but seriously. Brush them teeth girl you'll get cavities."

"I am going now. Want me to tell everyone to get up?" Katelyn asked, trying to change the subject of course. I told her to go ahead and have everyone meet in the living room.

I closed the door behind me, I turn around and Aaron was sitting on the bed awake. "Hey Aphmau. How did you sleep last night?"

"I slept well, I fell asleep after you did. Thinking about what happened yesterday."

"Listen babe, it happened. The past is in the past Laurence doesn't understand that I am the one dating you. I don't care for guys who hit on my girlfriend which is you Aphmau."

"I know Aaron, I just wish that he would be okay. But as of now... maybe he just needs time to think." I went over to my duffle bag, took out a white under shirt and a purple plaid shirt sleeve shirt. As I turned around, I saw Aaron take off his shirt. Showing his well... himself shirtless.

"Why are you blushing, all I did was take my shirt off to put on a new one?" Aaron smirked and put a red button on, but didn't button it up yet.

"I am just going to go change in the small bathroom." I ran over to the bathroom and shut the door. I wasn't comfortable changing my clothes in front of him. Yes, we are going out but I'm not ready for that. Anyways, after I got dressed I met up with him and everyone out there. Katelyn told me Lucinda will be sleeping in for a little while.

"How are you doing?" Zane came up to me, asking. I figured he would since I got hit in the middle of it.

"I'm fine Zane, I just can't believe this happened. But I will be alright. I'm with you guys, and that's all I need."

"Alright. Just checking up on you because we are best friends. And that's what best friends do."

"Aw... Zane. That's so sweet."

"I'll be sitting away from the crowd of people. What are we doing today anyways? Zane asked, as I was about to say what we will be doing.

"So, guys. Yesterday the front desk people gave me a pamphlet showing the thing we could do. Now, it said that there are hiking trails, fire pits scattered around the site, fishing, and we will be able to use boats to go out on the lake. There is a local store near the lake for food so we can head thereafter."

"All of that sounds like fun! When can we start having fun?" Travis was extremely excited, Katelyn though wasn't as excited as he was.

"We will go to the shop first them we will meet back up here in a hour. Afterward we could all go walking the trail for a little bit." Everyone else agreed and we headed out but Zane decided to come along since Kawaii~Chan reminded him about the deal they had.

When we got there it was sunny and incredibly hot out, thank god I brought shorts. Garroth went inside first to look at all the knick knacks. Travis was amazing by the amount of stuff they had. Aaron and I bought some tents and blankets for the outside, hopefully camp outside just for tonight. I also got some marshmallows last minute and sticks to put them on when or if we make a campfire.

"Aphmau? You got marshmallows right?" Garroth came up and almost scared the heck out of me.

"Yes Garroth of course. Don't sneak up behind people... you'll get hit or something. Plus, there can't be a campfire without marshmallows." We both got super excited. Aaron shook his head, smiling. I smirked back and Garroth went outside with everyone else. I followed behind and went back to the cabin. Everyone was already here waiting after I put the stuff away, we all went out to the walking trail that leads to the top of the mountains nearby overlooking the whole site. As we headed out, Zane said he was going to stay here with Kawaii~Chan and Lucinda since they didn't want to go. So Katelyn, Travis, Garroth, Aaron and I were going. Aaron however was super excited to go out walking, Katelyn complained because she is normally the laziest person in the world.
