It was finals week and everyone was stressed.

Except Pearl.

And her rival.

Peridot.

Those two are geniuses.

Anyways, enough about them.

It's finals week and everyone is stressed as fuck!

The teachers are extra strict too. It's fucking boring.

I decided to study with pearl for a while after school.

"So wait.. If I subtract before multiplying, I'll get a completely different answer?"

I ask, pearl nodding her big ol head of hers.

"That's right (Y/G/N), there's a specific way to do everything." Peal squawked.

She's such a bird.

"So... Pearl. I heard...Perid-" I start but she quickly cuts me off.

"Oh hush, darling. I don't want to hear you talk about that insect."

She glared at me with pure hatred of the name, Peridot.

"W-well...anyways...Want to hang out with me and the others later this weekend?" I ask as I stuff my things into my backpack.

"Sadly, I can't. I have to reread the textbooks a few times before I can even start studying!"

She picked up her things and walks out of the classroom.

"You clod! Watch where you're going!" A snooty voice yelled out from behind me.

"How about you watch it nerd!" A much more husky voice yelled back.

Jasper and Peridot.

"I am not a nerd!" Peridot growled and punched Jasper in the side.

"Oof!" She stumbled back a bit, but quickly regained her balance.

Oh damn. A fight and no one else but me?

"You little fucker!" Jasper charged at Peridot.

Ok, I love watching fights and all buuuut...

I quickly jump in the way of Jasper, taking the tackle.

"Hey!" Jasper growled down at me as she pinned me against the floor.

"Beat up some other clod, you clod." Peridot snickered and walked out of the classroom.

"God damn it!" Jasper growled as she pushed herself up.

"Why the fuck did you block me?!" She yelled at me as she forcibly pulled me up.

Someone has anger issues, am I right?

"You can't hit someone with glasses...?" I said, more of a question really.

Jasper rolled her eyes and pushed me aside, walking out of the class.

~Le time skip to study hall~

"Uh...Pearl, is it even safe to read that many books?" Amethyst asked, digging her nose.

"Don't be ridiculous Amethyst. There's no danger in reading." Pearl retorted as she had her bird nose deep in a physics book.

Why do we even have physics?

"Oh, hey (Y/G)! Wanna meet up at the food court? Mama's hungry!" Amethyst grinned and rubbed her stomach.
