Chapter 20

A/N: This is gonna be another flashback chapter. It's gonna show how Skylar was when Jaden was the Supreme King. How Skylar was when captured by him

Third person P.O.V.

Skylar was still riding the Red-Eyes Black Dragon as she was making sure her injuries were doing good.

She then found a spot where the Supreme King's palace was.

"Red-Eyes, go down there, please." she said.

Red-Eyes Black Dragon, Blue-Eyes White Dragon, and Masked Dragon all went down and she got off.

Slowly, her dragons flew above her, just to keep her safe as she began walking, putting her hood up.

The dragons were high up in the sky, but they could keep watch on Skylar.

She began walking until she got to a cliff, where she got a perfect view of the Supreme King and his army.

She saw Axel running from there. She realized what happened.

Jim and Axel were teaming up in this dimension.

From the look she saw on Axel's face, she knew Jim was lost.

She gathered up her courage and decided to put on her father's tough image.

"Hey! Supreme King!" she said as she got on Red-Eyes and flew there, jumping off him as he continued to fly.

"Now, who are you, mortal?" he said.

Skylar pulled down her hood and gazed into the Supreme King's eyes.

They were Jaden's eyes, but golden.

"Actually, I'm not just any ordinary mortal." she said.

Just as she said that, the three dragons appeared with their mighty roars and landed with the ground shaking.

They stood beside Skylar, growling at the Supreme King and his army of fiends.

"I'm the Dragon Master." she said as she petted Blue-Eyes.

"Oh, so you were the one who was spotted riding that dragon." one of the fiends said.

"I'm here to confront you, Supreme King. Not to a duel. More of like a talk." she said.

"The King has no time for that." one of the fiends said.

"If he can have time to just stand around and watch to see which village to hit next, he has time to talk with the Dragon Master." she said.

"How dare you speak that way?" a purple fiend said.

Just then, Skylar's dragons were chained from their necks. She gasped as she saw the fiends dragging them away.

"LET MY DRAGONS GO, YOU CRUEL KING!" she yelled as she felt anger growing inside her.

"Now, it's your turn."

Skylar groaned and thrashed around as she was chained also, the fiends going to her with weapons.

She braced herself for her demise.

"Well, Alexis, Atticus, Hassleberry, everybody. I'm coming." she whispered as she closed her eyes.

Just then, she was surprised by what she heard next.

"Wait!"

She looked as the Supreme King/Jaden walked past his army of fiends.

"Bring her in. But chain her up so she won't escape." he commanded.

"Yes, your Highness." the purple fiend said as he and a couple of more fiends came and grabbed her arms and dragged her with them, up to the Supreme King's watching place.

She was chained up from her wrists, but luckily, she still had the cloths that Jesse had given her for her injuries.

"Leave us at once." The Supreme King ordered.

The fiends all left the dark room until Jaden/Supreme King and Skylar were left.

She then saw the spirit of Magician's Valkyria appear to her. She sent her a look that said help me.

She nodded before she disappeared.

'Really, Valkyria? Thanks a lot.' she sent her a message through telepath.

'I'm gonna help you. Just wait." she replied.

'State your name, mortal." Jaden/Supreme King said in that cold, ruthless, vicious voice.

'Skylar." she said.

'Well, well, well. Skylar. The great Dragon Master." he said.

At the word, 'dragon', she began thrashing around.

"Where are my dragons, monster?" she said through gritted teeth.

"Oh, don't worry. Your precious dragons are currently being broken right now by my army." he replied ruthlessly.

She then heard the cries of her dragons as well as the sound of whips.

"No, let them go!" she yelled as she kept thrashing.

She looked down. "Idiot. You're supposed to love others than yourself, Jaden!" she said before falling in defeat.

Just then, she growled and looked up at him.

"Let these people go. Spare all these innocent people. Jaden, Alexis, your only first love is gone because you let your anger take over!" she yelled.

"Shut up, mortal! Jaden's gone! All that's left is me!" he screamed.

Skylar then blacked out from how weak she felt.

As she did, the Supreme King held his head as he felt an agonizing pain rip through.

In his head, Jaden felt even more afraid that he had hurt Skylar. His best friend.

The Supreme King stopped as his head stopped being painful.

As he reached his hand out to check of the chains were secured tightly, Skylar's body began to glow green.

He groaned as he covered his eyes as a bright green light shined.

Skylar was then lifted up, the chains breaking in the process.

Her eyes snapped open and they glowed green as a scepter appeared in her hand.

"I'm Magician's Valkyria and I'm here to free Skylar and my dragon companions." Valkyria spoke through Skylar's body.

She blasted the scepter at the Supreme King and jumped out the window.

She landed on the ground flawlessly as she spotted the dragons being tortured.

"Hey, freaks!" she spoke as her body glowed more.

The fiends looked at her before she pointed the scepter at them.

"Mystic Scepter Blast Attack!" she said as she stopped and blasted the fiends torturing the dragons.

Valkyria then freed the dragons from their chains. She then left Skylar's body, who felt more better.

"Whoo! Thank you, Valkyria!" she said before getting on Blue-Eyes and flew off, the two other dragons following them.

"You will be captured again, mortal girl!" she heard the Supreme King yell from the distance.
