Seto Kaiba's Daughter

Chapter 3

Skylar's P.O.V.

I walked onto the dueling stage before stopping. 

Today was the day I duel that little skank, Aubrey. If she wants to mess with me, well, I'll mess with her back. J

ust then, I saw a figure, which later revealed the Ra Yellow diva, Aubrey. She then stepped up before stopping.

"Now, ladies and gentlemen. This duel will not only determine who wins, but also who stays in their dorm and who gets pushed back. If Aubrey wins, she gets transferred to Obelisk Blue and Skylar will be a Ra Yellow. If Skylar wins, she'll remain in the blue dorm while Aubrey goes to the Slifer Red dorm. Good luck to both of you." Crowler announced. 

I glared at the clown-faced girl in front of me.

"You may be Seto Kaiba's daughter, but I'll beat you." she said.

 "Whatever. Time to get your game on." I told her as we set up our duel disks and we were ready. 

"Good luck, Sky! You will make it!" I heard Jaden's voice say. 

The rest of the group followed. I smiled before nodding. 

I turned my attention back to Aubrey.

"I'll go first. I'll summon my Fairy's Gift and Petit Angel in attack mode. Then, I'll place one card face down and end my turn." she said. 

"That's all you got? Watch this! I will summon my Spear Dragon and Red Eyes Black Dragon in attack mode." I said as the dragon came out. 

"Now, Red-Eyes, attack her Fairy's Gift and Spear Dragon, attack her Petit Angel!" I commanded. 

Soon, the fairy was gone and Aubrey's life points went to 2600. 

"I'm not done! I activate the spell card, Mystical Space Typhoon. When this card is activated, I can destroy one of my opponent's face down cards." I told her as her face down was destroyed.

"Now, I will place one card face down and end my turn." I told her. 

"You'll pay for that! I summon Fairy Archer in attack mode. Then, I will activate my spell card, Poison of The Old Man. Now, I can inflict 800 points of damage to your life points." she told me. 

I groaned as my life points went to 3200. 

"I'm not done. My fairy's special ability kicks in. See, when I have a light monster or more on the field, you take 400 points of damage to your life points. Since I have 1 you take 400 points of damage." she told me.

I groaned as my life points hit 2800. "Now, I will end my turn." she said. 

'No face downs or anything? Wow. I don't even think she has a place in Ra Yellow. I can sense the fear in her just by looking at her eyes. A pipsqueak like her is afraid of a Kaiba.' I thought to myself. 

I mean, I don't know how Alexis, Jasmine, and Mindy used to be friends with her. 

I mean, she's self-absorbed, selfish, cares only about winning, and acting all 'popular' when in reality she isn't.

"Scared? Well, you should be. About time." I told her as I drew a card.

 Yes! Just the one I needed! 

"I summon forth Kaibaman." I said as the card created by my dad was played and the monster was out. 

"And, now I will activate Monster Reborn to bring back the legendary Blue Eyes White Dragon!" I said as the mighty dragon came out with a mighty roar. 

"Now, Blue Eyes White Dragon, attack her Fairy Archer with white lightning!" I commanded.

The dragon blew her blast and soon, the Fairy was destroyed. Aubrey's life points went to 1200.

"Now, you want to see a monster? Well, you will. Because, I reveal my face down trap card, Call of The Haunted. This means that I can bring back a monster from my Graveyard. And, I chose my Dark Magician Girl." I said as the yellow-haired spellcaster appeared. 

"Now, I will sacrifice all my monsters to summon one of my most mighty monsters." I said as I drew the one card that would end this duel.

"Is she holding the card I think she is?" Syrus asked. 

"Um, I believe so." Atticus said.

I closed my eyes. "Almighty protector of the sun and sky, I beg of thee, please heed my cry. Transform thyself from orb of light and bring me victory in this fight. I beseech thee, grace our humble game. But first I shall...call out thy name, Winged Dragon of Ra!"

The whole audience gasped as the whole dueling arena shined with the yellow, bright light. 

"Behold the Egyptian God card!" I said as the Winged Dragon of Ra came out with it's thunderous roar.

 "Now, I will activate Ra's special ability. I can pay life points to increase Ra's attack and defense points to the same number until I have 100 left." I explained as Ra's attack and defense points went to 2700.

"Now, Winged Dragon of Ra, attack her Fairy Archer and end this duel!" I commanded the divine beast. 

The dragon roared before blasting the Fairy Archer. 

Aubrey screamed as she fell to the ground in defeat, her life points hitting 0. 

"That's game." I said. I looked up at Ra. 

"Thanks, my friend." I told the god before he disappeared.

I walked over to my friends as they cheered for me and gave me high-fives, fist bumps, and hugs. 

"Well, everybody. Looks like Skylar Kaiba will be staying in Obelisk Blue while Aubrey goes into Slifer Red." Crowler said. 

Audrey screamed before running off. 

"That's right. Run off, you snake." I said as my friends laughed. 

"You did great, Sky." Jesse said as he gave me a huge hug and kissed my cheek. I blushed as I touched my cheek.

"How about we all go now?" I asked. 

Everybody else nodded. As we walked I looked through the window.

'Thanks, Ra.' I thought to myself.
