Hidden Love

Chapter 17: Abduction

“Oh how very sweet," said a cold mocking voice above us.

Cole and I jumped up holding hands. A beautiful male demon stood in front of us, sneering.

“What do you want Hein," demanded Cole standing protectively in front of me.

“Well I'd heard rumors that my moronic brother had become a traitor and was accompanying a half Angel," he began as he walked in circles.  “But then I thought, surely you couldn't be that stupid to be with filth! But obviously not because..."

But Hein never got to finish because Cole punched him squarely in the jaw. “You will watch how you refer to Bella!" Cole said icily.

Hein leapt up in fury. “How dare you strike me, brother?! Fool!!!" He aimed both hands at Cole and he was immediately bound by ropes of fire.

“Cole!" I screamed as I watched him struggle to free himself. I turned on Hein who was laughing.

“Release him," I demanded “before I kill you."

“I don't think so bitch. You're coming with me."

“Like hell," I spat. I threw fireballs at him which ge easily dodged. He laughed at me which infuriated me more.

“Youre so stupid, the lot of you angels. You think just because you're so good and pure that you'll truimph over us. You think love is unbeatable. How naive and gullible." Hein laughed.

I reached for my sword and charged at him. Hein quickly pointed his pointer finger at me and suddenly I couldn't move. I felt my body getting weaker and weaker.

“NO BELLA!!!" I heard Cole bellow. 

“My senses were dulling and I felt my eyes closing as Hein grabbed me. “Im so sorry Cole. I...love...you." Those were my last words before I Hein pull me and we swirled into darkness.
