Jess sprinted down a dirt road that almost seemed like a pathway. There was no way a car would've been able to drive down this, there were rocks everywhere that Jess had to dodge while running. I really felt bad that he was practically carrying me down this road that was in horrible shape.
When we finally got to the end of it, there was a tall building structure that had huge letters on top of it that said, "Outcast Missionary Court" in all capital letters.
"We're here!" Jess said while putting me back down on the ground.
He grabbed my hand and put his other hand on my shoulder. He looked into my eyes and said, "Whatever happens, I will always, always, always, no matter what, be your protector."
"Thank you so much." I said smiling and blushing.
My hands were shaking pretty bad because I was so nervous about what I was about to do. I didn't really want to do it, but I knew that I had to do it.... for Patricia.
