"Soooo," Maehara whistled and placed his hands behind his head.

He was surrounded by a group of thugs behind the school whom he absolutely had no business with.

The leader approached Maehara and pushed him causing Maehara to land on his bum.

"Hey!" Maehara said as he got up, "What do you think you guys are do-"

The guy punched him in the face before he could even finish his sentence. Maehara spat some blood out and crouched as he stood, "What?"

One of his companions stepped forward and spoke, "Our leader's girlfriend dumped him over you!"

"Over me?" Maehara asked.

"She dumped him so she could approach you!" He added and landed another punch on Maehara.

Maehara was on the ground as the other guys kicked him and hit him. Bruises appeared on his arms and face. He couldn't fight back. He was too injured and was outnumbered.

"Heyyyyyyyy!" You yelled.

Everyone turned their attention on you.

"Oh, it's just you (L/N)." The leader said.

"Beating him up won't get your girlfriend back, y'know." You walked towards Maehara with your hands inside the pockets of your blazer, "I mean, c'mon, don't wanna waste his pretty face now, do we?"

"Haaaahh?" The leader said, bringing his face closer to you in a mocking manner, "What do you kno-"

You punched him right on the face and watched as his figure crashed on the ground. His buddies moving backwards in fear.

"Get the hell outta here," You glared at them.

They winced and helped their leader stand up and ran. Once they were out of sight, you turned to Maehara whose eyes were widened and a pink color brushed along his cheek.

You reached out your hand for him to take, "You alright?"

He took it and you helped him stand up, "Yeah, thanks."

"Hm?" His cheeks started to bleed. You reached for the pocket of your skirt and brought out a band-aid.

You threw it on his hand, "Use it."

He grinned and took it, "I never knew, (L/N), the delinquent had a soft side."

You chuckled, "I'm always like this."

He placed the band-aid on his wound and you asked, "Does the damsel in distress need to be escorted to the infirmary?"

He laughed, "Shut up, I'm fine."

You turned around and smiled, "Okay then." You raised a hand in the air as you started to walk away, "See ya around."

He placed his fingers on his wounded cheek and grinned, "I think I'm inlove."
