They kissed. He began to move his hand to her nape. She also moved her hands around his neck.

The kiss lasted for a long time. After the kiss, she smiled at him and he smiled at her.

It was the first time that they kissed each other with that much emotion and longing.

"Thanks for the kiss, Chard." She said as she inserted the house key into it's lock.

"Thank you as well, Meng." He said smiling like a teenager who got his first kiss.

She glanced again at him with a smile before entering the house. She directly went into the kitchen and then after a few minutes went out to find Richard sitting on the couch playing with the remote of the T.V.

"Chard, puwede ba ta'yo pumunta sa grocery? Please!" She said with a hint of pabebe in her voice.

"Grocery? Why?" He asked.

"Umm, I'll buy something to decorate a cake with." She said while taking the empty spavmce next to him.

He raised an eyebrow, and asked: "Why?"
"You'll know later. It's kind of a surprise." She with a grin.
