A few days later Arielle barged into Alex's office "why haven't you been returning any of my calls?"
Alex sighed.
"I thought I made it clear i love Rena, I don't want you,that would be the first and last time I will make that mistake"
Arielle laughed "I see you finally got some that is cool I ain't worried,i know that dick is mine when I want, however I got something more important to tell you"
Alex looked at Arielle sternly "I am pregnant"
Alex laughed "congrats,who is the unlucky guy"
"You are"
Alex's mouth gaped open "you are joking right?"
"No I am not"
Alex's head dropped to the table.
Arielle walked over and touched him on his shoulder "babe don't worry,we will be a family"
"Are you out of your mind Rena and I are a family we have a son together"
"Stop deluding yourself alex, Nathan is not yours his father is Ian"
"Listen to me that child isn't mine, I don't want you I will never be with you, I suggest you get rid of that thing you are carrying cause I know it isn't mine"
Arielle pushed the chair across the room "this baby is yours you better understand that, I am not aborting this child, I am carrying it you better understand that and start doing what you are supposed to one way or another by force or willingly"
Arielle left the office,anger radiating from her.
Intermission
Later that day alex came home.
He kissed Rena on the forehead and went straight to bed, Rena knew something must be wrong so she put Nathan in his playpen to sleep and went to find out what was wrong with alex.
She walked over to the bed.
"Babe, what's wrong?"
"Nothing"
"Don't give me that crap,what the hell is wrong"
Alex turned to face her " Rena you know I love you right"
"Of course I do" she touched his face "I have a confession to make"
Rena knew from his tone this was going to be bad news, nevertheless she listened to him.
"Arielle's pregnant"
"OK, what does that have to do with us"
"She says the child is mine"
Arielle laughed "this is a great joke,come on,you are so funny"
Rena looked into his face and saw the stern look alex had.
"That child she is carrying is not yours don't stress,everything will be fine"
"So you aren't mad?"
"For what babe I know the child isn't yours and even if it is you were man enough to tell me"
Alex hugged her "I love you so much babe"
"I love you too, we'll get through this".
