Vicky pulled up at Stiles' house, she began to walk towards the front door as Stiles poked his head out of the window and shouted down that the door is unlocked, Vicky nodded and let herself in, making her way to Stiles' bedroom. "Hiya boys"

"Where did you go?" Scott asked, he stood by Stiles who was sat by his desk.

"I dropped Allison off" Vicky replied, she walked towards her friends, "what do you need my help for?"

"We know who's controlling the kanima" Stiles told her, he was slipping through the 2006 Beacon Hills High yearbook and turned to the swim team's page, before Vicky had time to react Stiles added, "Matt"

Vicky looked confused, "Matt?" She asked, "how? Why?"

"It's difficult to explain, but Matt has a grudge against the 2006 swim team" Stiles told Vicky, "Scott saw him at the party as everyone was leaving and the kanima was next to him"

Vicky went to sit on the bed, and looked at the two, "So, what are we gonna do about it?"

"Tell my dad" Stiles said it, as if it was more of a question than a statement.

Vicky looked at him stunned, "tell him everything?"

"No" Stiles replied quickly, "he doesn't need to know that yet, I don't think that he would even believe us"

Scott tilted his head, "your dad's home"

"Okay" Stiles replied, preparing himself.

Sheriff Stilinski stood in Stiles' room, looking annoyed and very tired, "so" he said, "you're saying this kid is the killer?"

"Yeah" Stiles replied, nodding his head.

"No" His dad replied, shaking his head.

"Yes!" Stiles exclaimed

"No"

"Dad, come on" Stiles flung his arms in the air, "everybody knows that the police look for ways to connect victims in a murder, okay? So, all he had to do is, like, look through their transcripts and figure out which class they all had in common"

"Yeah" Sherriff replied, "except, the rave promoter wasn't in Harris' class"

Stiles nodded and ran a hand through his very short hair, "all right, okay, you're right, sorry" He replied, a little sarcastically. "Then I guess they dropped the charges against him?"

Stiles' dad shuffled on the floor, looking exasperated. "No, you know what? They're not dropping the charges. But that doesn't prove anything"

Stiles opened his mouth to reply when the Sherriff interrupted him, looking at the other teenagers sat on the bed, "Scott, Vicky, do you believe this?" They both shared a look and nodded.

"It's really hard to explain how we know this, but you've gotta trust us" Scott told him.

"It's true" Vicky added, "we know it's Matt"

They all could tell he was beginning to believe them. "Yeah, he took Harris' car, okay? Look, he knew that if a cop found tire tracks at one of the murders, and that enough of the victims were in Harris' class, that they'd arrest him"

Stiles' dad looked at the three teenagers faces and sighed, "all right, fine" he waved his hands in the air. "I'll allow the remote possibility, but give me a motive. I mean, why would this kid want most of the 2006 swim team and its coach dead?"

Vicky and Scott shared a look, but it was Stiles that spoke up, "isn't it obvious?!" He said, everyone looked at him, "our swim team sucks! They haven't won in like, six years" Stiles could tell that was the worst lie he had ever told.
