"Scott" Lydia brought the alpha's attention to her, "I think Vicky's" she paused, trying to find the right words, "acting out, more than usual, because Derek's gone" The group were sat around their lunch table, Vicky was up in the queue with Allison.

Stiles leaned in, "well we cant do anything to stop her going to this race tonight though, can we?" he said, "we cant keep her under house arrest or anything, because her family and that other boy is after her"

"Nathan" Isaac nodded, he took a bite from his apple, "well, I suggest we keep an eye on her" he said, the group nodded, "without her knowing, obviously"

Scott nodded, "okay, that's a good idea" he looked around the table, "everyone up for that?"

The group nodded before Allison and Vicky arrived at the table, they sat down and everyone started to eat, "so, what's everyone doing tonight then?" Allison asked, she glanced over at Scott.

"Just Biology homework" Scott replied, Stiles nodded in agreement.

"We didn't get Biology homework?" Vicky questioned, her eyes narrowing.

Scott glanced at Stiles for support, "last weeks homework, we didn't do it" he stammered, "teacher gave us an extension for the last time this year"

Vicky nodded, and took a bite out of her sandwich, "me and Alli are going to the mall, if you wanted to join Vick?" Lydia looked at her cousin who shook her head.

Vicky shook her head, as she was still chewing her food. "No thanks, I'm gonna try and sort out my Jag tonight, I saw this morning it had an oil leak"

"You've got a Jaguar?" Stiles asked excitedly, his eyes shone with envy.

"Yeah, she arrived last week, one sec" she said, delving into her pocket, she took out her phone and showed the group her car, "red, obviously", the chrome letters on the back read F-TYPE. "Imported from England, Jaguar personalised it for me" she smiled at the shocked faces, "I have a few friends that work there, but on their website you can personalise it" she frowned, "about that, I need to complain about that oil leak, excuse me" she said as she stood up and walked away from the others, typing on her phone.

"So, she'll be in the Jaguar" Lydia said to the others.

"Unless she cant fix the oil leak" Allison replied, she looked at Lydia who smirked.

"Believe me, she'll be in the Jag" she turned to Scott, "whats your plan?"

Everyone else turned to look at the teen, "essentially stalking her, and intervening if there's any danger I suppose"

"Or trouble" Stiles added.

"Speaking of which" Isaac drew their attention to Nathan, who walked down the hallway Vicky had walked down a little earlier. He got up, followed by Scott and Stiles, and followed the brown haired teen.

"Jack" Vicky said in an impatient tone, "until it arrived on my drive, it was under your warranty, I made a special deal with you to ensure she was shipped safely to California, I paid extra!" Vicky complained over the phone. She listened to a reply, "I'll send the details over to you, I expect to be paid back for the oil leak by the end of the week!" she replied, "I'm a little busy right now, make sure my warranty is extended and I get paid back, or there will be trouble"

Vicky ended the call and turned around, she sighed, "Nathan!" she faked enthusiasm, "what a surprise to see you here!"

The teen smirked at the blonde, "Vicky, having problems?"

"None that I cant handle" she replied, she narrowed her eyes, "speaking of problems, what the hell do you want?"

"Cant I just say hello to an old friend?" Nathan looked behind him and smiled, "here comes your protection detail" he took a step forward, "cant I just have five minutes alone with you?" he whispered loudly.

"I can arrange that" Vicky replied, reaching into her pocket.

"Maybe it could be a group thing? You, me" he paused, "your dad, oh, and lets not forget your aunt!" he laughed nastily. "They cant wait to see you"

"I cant wait to see them" Vicky growled, "now get out of my sight Stokes" her eyes flashed purple.

"I think she made herself pretty clear" Scott said as they walked around the coridoor, he walked up to the Indigo, they stood squaring eachother up, their stares not wavering, "now leave" Scott said with authority.

Nathan glared at the alpha, until his eyes flashed red, Nathan took a step back and looked back at Vicky, slightly less cocky. "I'll be seeing you soon" he said before turning down the corridor.

Scott watched the teen go, and turned to Vicky, "are you alright?" he asked

"Of course" Vicky replied, she smirked, "you didn't need to intervene, I was fine"

By the time Vicky had finished fixing the oil leak, it had gotten dark outside, she grabbed her phone and checked her messages. Seeing one from Chad, which states the co-ordinates of the start of the race.

As Vicky pulled up, and got out of her car, she was swarmed by teens, dressed in sweats and baseball caps. A few cars were parked on the side of the road, and many blaring bassy songs. The blonde looked for a familiar face and walked over when she spotted him, "Chad!" she yelled, grabbing the Seniors attention, whose face broke into a big smile.

"Vicky" he smiled, "you came!"

"Wouldn't miss this for the world" Vicky replied, "I haven't raced since London, I may be a little rusty"

Chad tapped her shoulder, "even if you are rusty, you'll piss over the other guys"

"Whats the bet tonight?" Vicky asked, she looked over at the others.

"What you got?" he glanced behind her and laughed, "youre racing in the Jaguar?" he laughed, "where's the Mustang?"

Vicky smiled, and grabbed $200 out her pocket, "Ive raced this circuit before, you need something that doesn't go in a straight line"

"Oh yeah?" Chad challenged, he glanced over at his Shelby, he took the money and they walked over to the red car.

"3 litre, V6 engine, about 380 horses under the bonnet" Vicky turned around and crossed her arms, "and can slide around these corners"

Chad smiled, "okay" he said, less confidently than he was speaking before, he looked down the road, "you know the circuit?" he asked, Vicky nodded, and he smiled "good, I cant be arsed to explain it to you anyways"

Vicky smirked at the retreating figure, "I'll see you on the finishing line" she said as she got into the Jaguar and pulled up to the starting line. She lined herself up against the Shelby, the two cars revving as they waited for the starting signal.

The blonde made sure to keep her foot on the biting point, releasing the handbrake as soon as the horn sounded; grabbing first place almost straight away, the Shelby close to the front of the bonnet. As they neared the corner, Vicky flicked the steering wheel, sending the car into a drift, the tyres squealing as they glided around the corner.

Vicky smiled when she saw Chad's smirk disappear; her own disappearing when she saw something hit the back tyre of the BMW, causing it to spin and hit into the side of the Toyota; resulting in both cars crashing into the barrier at the edge of the road.

Keeping to the rules of the race, Vicky and Chad carried on, he was hot on her tail as she entered the school parking lot. Vicky pulled on the handbrake, sending the car into a 180, the Shelby was nowhere in sight, she couldn't sense Chad anywhere near her. She unbuckled her seatbelt and hand her hand on the door handle as Isaac ran into view, "don't get out the car" he shouted as he slammed into the passenger door. He quickly recovered and pulled open the door and got into the passenger seat. "Drive!" he commanded, Vicky nodded and floored it out the parking lot.
