In Your Arms (A Brannie Fanfic)

Chapter Nine

Annie's POV:
I changed into leggings and a sweatshirt to get ready for the movie date I had planned. If it was any other boy I would not invite him to watch movies with me on my bed, but I've known Brennan for years and trust him. I put out blankets, snacks and water. I made my bed extra comfy.
We were watching me before you, a movie that came out when were were younger that I never got to see.
I texted him at 7:00.
(A= Annie and B=Brennan you know the drill)
A- come to my room. You don't need to being anything, just yourself.
B- okay

I heard his light footsteps walk across and I sat up.
"Tada!" I laughed, waving my arms toward the bed. Brennan laughed and plopped onto the bed next to me.
"A movie date. I like it." He grinned, kissing my cheek. I blushed like crazy and started the movie. I snuggle up close to Brennan and offered him a chocolate.
"Kiss?" I said, shaking the bag.
"Which kind?" He asked.
"Just the normal-" I was cut off my Brennan pressing his lips against mine. I returned the kiss and grinned afterwards.
"My favorite." He smiled, grabbing a chocolate from the bag and continuing to watch the movie.

Caleb's POV:
I ran upstairs to see what Brennan was doing. When he wasn't in the guest bedroom, I listened against Annie's bedroom door, and creaked it open slightly. Thank god it didn't creak.
Sitting in the bed was Annie, snuggled up to Brennan. The two were watching a movie from a couple years ago, I think it's called you before me or something like that. I'm pretty sure I seen it with my first girlfriend, Liz. (Not liv, liz.) we broke up last year.
I smiled and tip toed to the living room, where Katie was watching TV and talking to Dad. I grabbed her arm and pulled her up the stairs.
"Caleb, what do you want?" She whined.
"Shh! Brennan and Annie are having a little date! Come see." I hissed quietly.
We walked silently to the creak in the door and watched the two.
"Kiss?" Annie asked, shaking the bag of chocolates.
"What kind?" Brennan replied, looking at the TV.
"Just the normal-" she was cut off by Brennan leaning in to kiss her.
I stuck my tongue out and looked over at Katie. She was intrigued.
"My favorite." Brennan laughed, plopping a chocolate in his mouth and wrapping his arms around Annie.
"How cheesy." Katie whispered.
"Very." I chuckled. We went our separate ways to leave the two 'love birds.' And I decided to play mine craft. I didn't really like the game anymore, but I made a lot of internet friends on there and missed talking with them some times.
I chatted for a couple hours until I heard a bang against the wall.

"Brennan's POV:
Annie and I were kissing, the movie paused, and we were intertwined as almost one. I turned my head closer towards hers and banged it against the wall. Annie broke off the kiss and started laughing.
"Ouch." I said, smiling at Annie's adorable laugh.
"Annie?" I heard her mom call. She put the tray of snacks on the floor and straightened the bed up, throwing the extra blankets onto the floor. She un paused the movie and placed my phone in my hand. Suddenly, her mother opened the door.
"Whatcha doing?" She asked, looking around the room suspiciously from the doorway.
"Watching a movie. Katie wasn't feeling it and Caleb hates this one, so I made Brennan watch." She said, and I looked up from my turned off phone. I quickly smiled and looked back down at it.
"Okay. We ordered Pizza, it'll be here in a bit." She closed the door and Annie waited until the footsteps were gone.
"We could be actors!" She laughed.
"Why are you so scared about your mom finding out?" I questioned while she put everything back in place.
"I'm just not ready to tell them. They won't let you be so close to me without being suspicious." She said, holding my hand as the movie continued.
"We will tell them soon though, right?" I said, looking down into her gorgeous brown eyes. Not long after that she fell asleep to the credits. She was still intertwined with me, so I covered her in a blanket and started to slip away from her grip.
"Stay?" She mumbled, half asleep. I nodded and got back in the bed, getting comfy. She wrapped herself around me and I smiled. She was so adorable.
I fell asleep to her silent breaths on my neck.

Katie's POV:
I creaked the door open to see if the date was finished, but found Annie and Brennan cuddling I their sleep. I closed the door and crossed the hall to the spare bedroom, where Brennan was supposed to be sleeping. I laid in the thick sheets and went on Instagram. As I scrolled through the post I got a notification that Caleb had posted. I clicked the screen and was taken to his page. There was a funny picture of Caleb looking up, and I read the caption.
"When your sister is on a date and you don't know what to do. #meproblems." It read. I looked at the comments.
"That's why it's only Billy, Katie and Hayley are vlogging!" One fan said.
"Who's the lucky boy😏" MK had typed. I laughed and continued to read.
"Annie posted earlier, she was with Brennan! OMGG, #brannie is a real thing!" All the comments after that had exploded with the Brannie theories. I tried to like the picture, but it had been deleted by Caleb. Perhaps Annie and Brennan didn't want people to find out.
Let alone their parents.
I sighed and shut my phone off. When I was finally almost asleep I got a text from Ryan.
"Schools up again. Can you bring me clothes tomorrow morning? It read. I hated the idea of school and having to take Ryan his clothes. Good thing his friend lives close to here. I checked the time on my phone.
4:00. I was going to get and hour and a half of sleep, since I need to go to the house and come back here only to go to school after. I groaned and set 10 alarms and dozed off to bed.

Poor Katie kate. I think the 'kiss part' was kind of cheesy, but idk what you guys think.
