Chapter Twenty-Five

Brennan's final POV:
I wrapped the blankets around Annie and I as we shuffled into her bedroom. She giggled and gave me a kiss. Quickly turning on the tv, we watched me before you, for the hundredth time. I glared playfully.
"We always watch this." I groaned.
"But we never finish it." She grinned, leaning in for yet another kiss. We snuggled whilst the snow fell rapidly, the wind whooshing through the air. I looked over at Annie, all huddled up in my arms, her eyes fixed on the TV. I smiled. I wish I could stay like this forever, Annie next to me, the snow falling outside, the same movie playing over and over. Annie is the one who made me who I am. She's the funny, adorable, hyper and strong girl I know and love.
Ands that how I thought of her forever.
We got married when we were twenty five, and now we are happy with our daughter, Bella. Caleb and Katie had a little bit of a rocky relationship at first, but now they are expected to marry next month. Sydney and Caleb are now good friends again, and even Liv apologized and is a close friend.
We are all happy now.
And I thought of this story from our high school days when Annie was cuddled with me in bed, the snow falling outside, and a movie was playing. It was just like I had always hoped for.

Annie's final POV:
I look over at Brennan after the power shuts off. I hear Bella start to shuffle around in her room, and Brennan sighs.
"You okay?" He's asks, knowing I hate the dark, even though I'm twenty six.
"I feel safe in your arms." I grin at my cheesy line. Brennan rolls his eyes and plants a kiss on my lips as he goes to help Bella. I hear her muffled cries and giggled slightly.
Brennan tip toes back in the room, Bella on his back. We all snuggle together in the large bed, in the dark.
"It's everything I could hope for." I whisper in my husbands ear. And it really is.
I hear the both of them start to snore quietly and kiss them both before settling down to sleep myself. As I shut my eyes slowly, I grin at my perfect life. Boy, am I a lucky woman.

Katie's final POV:
Caleb laughs as he jumps onto the bed.
"Can't I just peek at it?" He groans. He is talking about my wedding dress, which got its final fitting today.
"Not until the wedding." I grin. He scoffs and pushes his head into the pillow, but I can hear his faint laughter. He's truly a kid at heart.
The power shuts off and I shriek in shock.
"Perfect timing." Caleb says and I chuckle.
He wraps his arms around my short body and pulls me under the covers with him. I turn to look at his big brown eyes. We both stare in silence.
"God, I get to see that gorgeous face the rest of my life." Caleb mutters, pecking my lips. I give him a full on kiss in response.
"You're the best fiancé." I grinned after I pull away.
"I better be." He chuckles and lays down again. We lay in silence as the snow falls outside. The lights from the street flutter outside and shine off the snow to light the room slightly.
"I'm glad the accident happened."
Caleb said suddenly.
"What accident?" I ask, turning my head away from the ceiling.
"The car accident when we were teens. I would have never dated you, and we probably wouldn't be getting married next month." Caleb said and I slowly remembered.
"You would probably be.. Dead." I points out.
"It actually happened because I wasn't paying attention. I was looking at your face. If I wasn't, I would have realized I was too far out and that that guy was speeding. So I guess it's your fault for being so cute and mine for looking at you." He nodded. He gripped my hand as we sat in yet another quiet moment. We didn't say anything, and before long I noticed Caleb was already asleep. The power flickered on but I turned the lights off.
What a great way to end our young life. But it's amazing to start a new one with the person you love.
And I can't wait.

Last chapter. I'm sorry I never hinted it was going to end and I probably should have started writing this chapter sooner. But I will be starting a book pretty soon about either college Brannie and Kaleb or just a Kaleb book. Idk yet.
