Chapter 19 - The Girl In Blue

As I left my room I saw Temari waiting their for me.  I started to walk towards the meeting place and Temari turned and waved at me.  We walked out of the Kage Building and went to the meeting spot.  "Of course the guys arn't here yet" I thought.  I jumped up into the tree and sat down and leaned against the trunk, Temari stayed on the ground and leadned against the trunk of the tree.  We waited for almost half an hour.  "Geez, what is taking them so long?" I asked.  Temari just shrugged and sighed.  We continued to wait and we finally saw them heading our way.  "Where have you two been?"  I asked jumping down from the tree.  Konkuro shrugged and Gaara just look at me.  "Fine don't answer, let's a last get moving.  We have alot od ground to cover" Temari said with a sigh.  We turned and left the village and started to head into the forest.  It soon became night and we found a clearing.  "I think we should rest here" Temari said.  I nodded and jumped up into a tree. I looked up at the sky before sitting down and leaning up against the trunk tree.  I watched the stars for bit and then looked down and noticed everyone asleep.  I looked up again and then closed my eyes and fell asleep.

I woke up the next morning early enough that I was awake before everyone else.  I jumped down from the tree and started to walk to a big rock.  I made my way up the rock and sat on top cross legged.  I closed my eyes and rested my head on my hands.  "I wonder what the mission is?" I thought.  'Maybe it is to guard something or someone very important' I heard my tail beast say.  'Maybe, who knows?' I thought to her.  "What are you doing?" I heard Gaara's voice say.  I laid back and looked at Gaara upside down, letting my hair fall off the edge.  "We're gonna be leaving soon" He said.  I nodded and jumped down.  we walked back to the opening and started to pack up.
