Gaara's P.O.V.
We soon reached the sand village. I quickly walked into the village and I brought Ying to the hospital. The medical nin took her away from me to place her in a room and heal any wounds. I waited in the waiting room for them to return.
"Lord Kazekage, she is stable and in room 156" one of medical nin came and informed me. I nodded and headed towards her room. I reached room 156 and slid open the door. I stepped into her room and closed the door. I walked over to he bedside. She was asleep. She looked she relaxed and at peace in her sleep. I grabbed her hand. I was warm and soft. I bent down and kissed her forehead. "Get better Ying. I love you" I said. I them placed her hand beside her again and left the room, heading back to my own house.
Ying's P.O.V.
"..I love you" I heard Gaara's voice say. I heard his retreating footsteps and then the door open and close. I waited until I was sure that he was far enough away before opening my eyes. I sighed and sat up slowly. I then slipped out of the bed. I was still in my clothes, so I exited through the hospital window and jumped on roofs until I reached my bedroom window in the Kazekage Mansion. I carefully opened it and slipped into my room. I packed up my bag with money, food, a extra pair of clothing and kunai. I then changed into a different pair of clothes. I put on black leggings and a black taop top. I then put on a white kimono top with ripple patterns on it and a blue trim. I tied a black fabric with a white fabric around my wait and put on black arm covers that had metal to protect my arms on them. I then attached my kunai pouch to my left leg and slipped back on my ninja sandals. I tied my suna headband around my waist. I brushed my hair back and clipped my bangs out of my face. I then picked up my bag and wrote a small note to Gaara saying that I was leaving, but would come back for him in a few months. I left it on my pillow and then climbed out the window and closed it behind me. I then jummped on roof heading towards the wall. I climbed up to the top and slipped out of the village. I ran through the dessert and towards the forest. "I'm sorry Gaara, but I need to be stronger if I want to be any help to you and the rest of the nations. To protect my sister. I can also sense danger coming. I need to be strong enough so that you won't die protecting me" I thought. "I'll see you again Gaara" I mumbled as I looked back at the village.
