I woke up to the sound of rain and the familiar warmth of Deidara sleeping beside me. I started to get up when Deidara pulled me back to the ground.
"Five more minutes." Deidara said still half asleep.
"Come on Dei, the others are probably already awake." I said nudging his arm.
"Meh." Deidara said tightening his grip around me. With that I let out a sigh and did a few hand signs, there was now a large pool of water hovering over Deidara's head. I waited a moment before pulling free from him and dropping the water on his head. Deidara jolted up with a scream of surprise. I couldn't hold in my laughter anymore and fell to the tent floor howling with laughter.
"Oh come on, that was so not cool!" Deidara screeched. I couldn't see him through my tears of laughter. However, I soon felt a pair of arms lift me up and the sound of the tent opening. Before I knew it I was sitting in the mud and Deidara was now the one laughing. I looked up and noticed that Ying was the only other person up.
"What happened to you?" Ying asked from her tree.
"I slipped." I replied in a sarcastic tone.
"Yeah sure you did, so you guys will be leaving then." Ying said.
"I guess so, what are you and Gaara gonna do." I asked wiggling my eyebrows at her.
"Probably just sleep out the rain" Ying replied. I sighed and walked away to join everyone else. We packed up all of out things and then left walking beside Temmari.
"Ying and Gaara sitting in a tree K-I-S-S-I-N-G, " I muttered under my breath earning a small fit of laughter from the rest of the group.
"What do you think there gonna do?" Kankaro asked.
"Well how much can you do in a tree, with out falling down that is," Deidara replied nudging Kankaro with his elbow. The group started chuckling again before dying off into a comfortable silence as we continued walking towards the leaf. As we neared the leaf all we could see was pure destruction coated with a cloud of smoke. When we reached the edge of the village everyone's attention seemed fixated on something going on towards the center of what remains of the leaf village. As we neared I recognized a figure standing in the middle of the village. It was Pein and his five bodies.
