Chapter 9 - The Girl In The Blue

As I walked out of the building I walked by the training and stopped.  I looked in and didn't see anyone so I decided that I would do some training before I left the village.  I was working on my kunai trick that I had used against the leaf ninja, when I sensed Gaara coming up from behind me, I turned around to look at him.  He stopped not too far from me.  "You still haven't told us your name" Gaara said with a straight face.  "Geez, does this guy never give up?  Does he not understand that I don't want to talk with him?" I thought.  I walked over to the targets I had hit with my kunai and started to pull them out.  He stood there watching me and waiting for an answer.  "Fine" I said with a huff.  "You really want to know my name.  It's Yuki" I said lying about my name again.  "No it isn't" Gaara said showing no emotion, but I could tell that he was getting upset with me.  "What?  How would you know?  You just asked me what my name was!" I almost yelled, but kept my voice at a normal talking level.  "I can tell that you are lying" he said.  I glared at him for a bit, but then finally decided to tell him my real name.  "Fine, my name is Ying" I said.  He looked at me with his head slighlty cocked to the one side, as if to say are you serious.  He nodded and started to walk towards me.  I was looking down at one of my kunai and then I see his feet standing in front off me.  "Thank you for saving me from the Akatsuki" he said looking at me.  "Ya, no problem.  I kind had too cause they were attacking me and I if I didn't you would've died" I said looking back down at my kunai and putting it away.  "Lord Kazekage! Get away from her!  That girl is from the bingo book!" A mans voice yelled.  I looked up with fear in my heart, but tried to keep it inside.  I looked at Gaara who was looking at me and then started to run towards the walls.  "Stop her before she escapes the village!  There is a big..." his voice trails off before he can finish.  I glance behind me to see about six shinobi chasing me.  I quickly grabbed some kunai and threw them up. I waited until they got a bit closer before throwing the last one and having all six of them get hit in the legs stopping them from chasing me.  I glanced over my shoulder again and was shocked.  Gaara was still after me and he seemed to look worried about something.  I looked forward again and started to climb up the wall and jump out into the dessert only to be hit by a big sand storm.  I continued to go forward to find shelter that wasn't the sand village.  I heard the sound of Gaara hitting the ground.  "Ying! Where are you?" I heard him yell.  "Sorry Gaara, but I won't ever see you again" I yelled back.  I turned around and started walk away.  I had been almost half an hour before I ran into something hard I fell over and landed on my butt.  "Earth Style: Sand Shell" I heard a familiar voice say.  My mask had been up the whole time, but I still had gotten sand in my mouth.  I pulled down my mask and coughed a little.  "Are you okay?" The voice asked.  I looked up and saw Gaara holding I light stick.  I looked down and nodded.  "I was wondering about something.  You heal very fast right?  So are you a jinchuuriki?" Gaara asked.  I nodded my head.  "So, do you mind if I ask you one more thing something?" Gaara asked.  I nodded still not wanting to look at him or talk.  "How did you get into the bingo book?" he asked.  My body tensed as he said those words.  Images flashed through my head and I started to cry.  "Are you alright?" he asked sitting down next to me.  I just continued to cry into my knees.  He placed the light stick into the ground and gave me a hug.  "I'm sorry if I said something wrong" he said with worry in his voice.  I was surprised that he was hugging me, yet his hug seemed to calm me down.  soon the light died out and I fell asleep on Gaara's shoulder.
