"LET'S start with... why did the album became 'Kate'?" An interviewer asked.

I'm now in front of tons of interviewers and newscasters. Some channels are even filming this whole press-con.

"The album was entitled 'Kate' because before I only let some people call me by my nickname, but I want that to change now. I want to be as friendly as possible, to the fans and to whatever comes in the way." I smiled.

"What genre did you labeled your album?" A newscaster asked me.

"Well, I labeled it pop because I want to experiment with different sounds and styles." I shrugged.

"How many tracks do you have for your first album?" Another question.

"I've put on a dozen of original songs in this album and they are really personal to me, so I hope that the listeners and the fan would be satisfied with it and I'm wishing that they can relate their lives to these songs." I said briefly.

"Are these tracks written all on your own?" A tall female interviewer asked.

"Well, mostly yes. Some of the songs were rearranged with some of my co-writers. We went polishing the lyrics one day and tried to make the tracks sound better than before." I explained.

"What are some certain topics you chose to write a song about?" A male newscaster asked.

"Well, there's about what teenagers mostly feel at this stage of life. I wrote about falling in love, breaking of hearts, losing oneself and self-doubt, being happy and just not caring about what people say behind you." I said.

"We suspect who you wrote about when you say falling in love?" He asked again with a wide mocking smile playing on his lips.

Don't start the issue, my god!

"Well, you don't have to worry. It's not about Connor Ball. We've been great friends for years and he treats me like his own sister. Nothing more, no less. So that rumor between me and Connor is just a fraud." I faked-smiled.

"We sure to keep in mind, thank you." He smiled to me and nodded.

"When is the main release date of your album?" A female interviewer asked.

"It will be on September 7th, that's just a few weeks from today." I smiled.

They have asked many questions and we ended for almost after an hour. I went straight back to my dressing room.

"Hi." Jessica greeted.

"Hey." I hugged her.

"The boys planned a mini party for your album. We'll be doing it at Con's." She informed.

"Tonight?" I asked.

"Yeah." She smiled and looked at her phone, then back to me. "At half-past six."

"Okay." I said and rest for a bit.

A text came from Will.

'Congrats to your upcoming album. I just knew. Wanna share a toast later?'

I smiled as his text appeared on my screen.

"Who are you texting?" Jessica asked.

"It's Will. He's inviting me for a small toast." I said truthfully. Unlike Brad, Jessica was already cool with Will.

She nodded and went back curling the ends of her hair.

I replied to Will.

'Sure, can it be around 2 pm? I got dinner with my friends later.'
