"ARE you sure you're not coming?" I asked Jessica again.

"Yeah, I gotta do this requirements in time." She said, focusing on her laptop.

It's August 1, Monday, and I got a studio appointment. We're going to edit the recordings and all.

And I'm going to see the band again.

Especially Brad.

I will try to ask him about what's going on between us. I just wish that nothing comes in the way.

"Okay. I'll be back before dinner, bye." I kissed her cheek as she types.

"Safe ride." She said with sweetness.

I went out of the house and went inside my car. After a few minutes of driving, I got to the studio.

"Hi Annie." I greeted Annie as I saw her checking how the sound system works in the computer with Patrick. Patrick is my sound editor, and he's really trustworthy.

"Hey. Please, can you change this line and re-record it?" Annie pointed at the lyric line encircled on the paper.

"Okay." I said. I saw the line and reread it. It's not really that pretty.

Then after a few minutes of thinking of another line, I already had figured out something.

I wrote it on the lower part of the paper. We recorded the whole song again and we did what we had to do.

"Hello, Annie." I saw Joe greeted Annie and gave her a cheek kiss. Joe is the manager of The Vamps.

"What's up?" Annie asked.

They had this small conversation and Joe smiled at me. I focused back on finalizing my records.

"Kate, come here please." Annie called.

I went up to her. "Yes?"

"Joe here, received a project from the big boss and it's going to be you with The Vamps." Annie said. "It's for their anniversary as a band, on August 3rd. They are going to have a small jamming session and you're gonna be the guest of the show."

"The setting will be on Madison Square Garden in New York." Joe added.

"Here are the other things you need to know, and you're gonna start practicing later. It's a rush project but we're still hoping for the best." Annie passed me a compilations of paper inside a white folder. "Go and enlighten yourself."

I went back to my seat and read the paper.

What? The Vamps' Anniversary Jamming Party.

Not bad. I saw the set list at the second page, before I can read the rest of the page, I heard a notification sound coming from my phone.

The Vamps posted a photo on IG with the announcement I read earlier. It earned likes in just a few seconds.

Then I received a message from James.

'Yeah you! Have you heard the news?'

I replied to him. 'What news?'

After a few seconds, he replied back.

'You, little princess, is coming with us on our anniversary jam.'
