Imogen Farien Avery stood beside Klaus Mikaleson as they listen to Elena's friends, Bonnie Bennet and Matt Donovan talking in one of the hallways of Mystic Falls high school.

"As soon as you're feeling better, I'm going to kill you."

"It worked. I saw her. I saw Vicki."

"You did?"

"She said she had a message for you."

"For me?"

"From the witch that put the hybrid curse on Klaus. She said that Elena shouldn't have survived Klaus' ritual. The hybrids can't transition because Elena's still alive."

"Tyler."

"He's going to die, isn't he?"

Imogen tilted her head to the side with small frown on her face as she turned to Klaus, who smirked at Bonnie and Matt.

"I wouldn't be too sure about that." he said.

Bonnie and Matt turned to saw Klaus and Imogen looking at them nearby.

A smirking Klaus was leaning against the wall while Imogen quietly stood beside him. "Given the choice, doppelgänger or a hybrid, I go hybrid every time." he added.

Imogen shakes her head in disbelief, seeing Elena Gilbert, peeking through the small window of the door of a classroom.

'This night is not going to end well for Stefan, Elena and their friends.' she thought and sighed softly when she saw the doppelgänger turn and bumped into Klaus.

"We've got to stop meeting like this" Klaus said mockingly.

Imogen opened the door to the school's cafeteria just as she saw Stefan took a broom and breaks it with his knee. He dropped the brush end of the broom and held it the remaining makeshift stake in front of him.

The noirette's chocolatey brown eyes widen in horror. "Stefan, no!" she yelled worriedly as Stefan stabbed himself in the stomach with the broken broom.

Stefan looked at her. "Imogen." he whispered with a force smile on his face, relieve to see her.

Imogen quickly went to his side. "What did you do?!"
