Hey guys! Ready for a whole different love story then Corisk? Well we got two Undertale Guards in this chapter!
See you at the end ;)
Cory P.O.V.
I was covered in flour, eggs and milk. If Mettaton wanted to make his cake now all he'd need to make it would be by putting me in the oven!
"I wonder when I can get this off!" I said angrily wiping eggs off me.
"Knowing Alphys, she probably gave us a portable shower!" That gave me an idea!
"Hey Frisk, please push the blue button on the phone."
"Why?"
"Please just do it." Frisk pressed the button and the phone started to spray water everywhere.
"That's why." Frisk stared at amazement at the phone.
"Why didnt the water short circuit the phone?" We were so distracted by the water that we didnt see two figures slowly coming closer.
"I dont know but Alphys is a genius."
The water finally stopped shooting and we started walking again...only to find our path blocked by two big guards.
"Hey! We like, cant let you through here." One said.
"Yeah, Undyne told us to, uh wait here for two humans. With like those same exact shirts!" I felt the familiar sensation of going into battle. Obviously Undyne hadn't talked to these two about how we were good humans.
Almost by instinct I pulled out the knife. The knife hadnt been used since the Undyne fight and all I used it for then was to throw it in the dirt.
I know I wouldnt be able to kill these guys if it came down to it. They were two big and two strong.
I found myself looking into Frisks eyes, wondering how she could care so much about every single thing she saw even if she had no clue what their names were.
I was so lost in thought I wasnt ready for the first attack. They started shooting stars at us and immediatly I got hit.
4/5 hp.
What the heck? Why is my hp so low?
I had no time to think about it because I had to dodge the rest of the attacks.
Now it was our turn! I was so caught up in the moment I had to take a few deep breaths calming down. Dont hurt them! This is what Frisk does best. Let her do it.
Frisk started walking towards them, making them raise their swords.
"Its ok, I wont hurt you." They relaxed a bit and allowed Frisk to touch their armor.
"It looks like your armor is a little dirty!" She kept on rubbing their armor until they finally remembered their jobs.
"Woah! Like back off! Appreciate the armor shine, but we like have to still kill you and stuff." Before they attacked I had a moment of complete calmness. Closing my eyes I focused on every single fiber of my existence.
Somehow my hp was limited to 5. Somehow I was almost dead. Somehow I couldnt let Frisk know.
Somehow I had to get us out of here.
Somehow I felt something inside me.
A burning feeling of resistence, the refusal to give up, no matter how much it hurt.
The guards released their attack and this time I was ready for it. Thankfully they didnt aim at Frisk, just the man with the knife.
