Hey guys, Fobby Blay here.
The Corisk book has come to and end. I have to say I had a great time writing it!
You guys made the experience 5x better then it should've been.
And honestly my favorite part about the series wasnt the amount of reads, the votes, or the demographics. It was honestly your comments. The way you guys spoke, helped, and cheered made me almost cry. It's something I never thought would happen and for that I love you guys.
Like I said in a Q/A I had written a previous fan fic on a dif. account. That one has 1,000 reads and no comments, no votes. No nothing. I hated the feeling of people reading what I wrote and not liking it.
So I started over. After I finished the book I deleted it and wrote it again. I never finished it.
And that's what I hated the most about it, not finishing it. I felt like I let at least one person down and I never wanted to do that again.
So when I did Never Letting Go I decided to finish it.
And I did. At times it was hard because I didn't know if you guys would like the things I wrote. And trust me, I hated leaving you guys sad at the chapter where Cory died. I hated that.
Another great thing is how you guys have stayed ingaged through the whole series. I'll never know to the extent you cared about the book to, but at least I know some of you did care.
And that meant the world to me.
I started writing a corsik spoof because I started getting into the ship. But when I went to find good Fan Fics I found that there was a very large portion that I didnt think were creative enough, or just didnt make sense.
So I thought maybe I can make my own, the way I think it should be. Not for other people but just to say that I tried.
In a way I was the most uncreative writer. I stuck to the main premise of Undertale and didnt really strat away. But that's because I thought the Roleplay was doing it the write way. (See what I did there?)
But I did have an idea which I wanted to put in.
And it became the book that you guys all just finished.
In the final chapter you guys were asking for a wedding.
I'm sorry I didnt write one but I had already written the final chapter. And I had set up Waterfall to be the final chapter already.
Fun fact: I had written the final five chapters before I published them so I knew what you guys were in for. And since I've had them done for a while I had time to think.
'What's next?'
Honestly, I still don't know. I still ship Corisk even though it really should be a Cory Shubble ship.
As for making a sequal, I dont think I will unless I come up with a good idea for one in the next few days.
I want to end the series at book one because I feel that if I make a second one it will kill the series.
Instead of a Corisk fan fic I might make a Cory x Shelby story.(Please comment the ship name)
And now I want to do a final Q&A. But this time I'm going to ask YOU the questions!
Question 1. What is your favorite color?
Question 2. Who is your favorite Undertale character?
Question 3. Favorite youtuber?
Question 4. What chapter of mine did you think was the best? (I swear to God if you say the pun battles)
Question 5. Favorite ship?
Question 6. Favorite band/song?
Question 7. Favorite movie?
Question 8. What is your pet peeve?
Question 9. Do you like cats or dogs more?
Question 10. Do you have a favorite sports team?
Final Question 11. Do you think I should make a sequel?
If you want to can ask me some questions. It can be anything you want.
Well, I think that's all I have to say for this...whatever it was.
I sincerely thank you guys for the journey you've given me.
I hope you enjoyed the book and from the bottom, the top, and the middle of my heart, I hope you have a great day, because that's how you always make mine.
Signing off for possibly the last time.
