Part 2/5
See you at the end!
Frisk P.O.V.
I looked at Cory with concern on my face. He couldnt be getting himself down when we were so close to the king.
I smiled and gripped his hand a little tighter.
"Hey Cory?"
"Yea?
"Remember when we were at the beautiful waterfall and we were talking about getting married?"
"Yea." He said unsure of where I was going with this.
"Well, I guess what I'm saying is maybe we dont have to leave the Underground before we uh, get married." Cory looked at me in confusion before laughing.
"Frisk! We've only been on one date! And it was at a waterfall."
"So you count that as a date?"
"Well...yeah! It felt like one!" I decided I was going to play with him a bit.
"What other "dates" have you taken me on?" My playfulness didnt even faze him.
"Well, just the waterfall and Undynes house!" I had a feeling Cory was avoiding the conversation.
"So, ANYWAYS! Like I was saying, maybe we dont have to leave. Maybe we can just stay here. Everyone is nicer here then on the surface. Heck, even Undyne likes us!" Cory took a deep breath and I could tell I was getting through to him.
"Well maybe in a perfect world Frisk. But if we stayed here we would have a King trying to hunt us down. I get the feeling that he wouldn't be against killing two crazy love-birds."
"Well we convinced Undyne not to."
Cory was silent for a long time and we just continued walking hand in hand.
Beep!
I felt a vibration in my pocket and was surprised to see it was Alphys.
"Alphys is texting me! She says, 'OMG!!! I just met the humans! Again!'" I looked at Cory in confusion.
"It says its from her MyFace account! She must not realize we can read her texts!" Me and Cory laughed and laughed until I saw something that caught my eye.
"Uh, Cory?" I said tugging on his sweater. He was still laughing and hadn't seen it yet.
"What is it Frisk?" I pointed at a monster laying in the middle of the road. It looked like a volcano with lava streaming out of the top.
"Should we touch it?" Cory asked approaching the monster.
"I think touching a very hot monster is a very bad idea!"
"Oh, right." We approached the monster to see it was having a mini explosion.
"Hey there little guy!" I said bending down next to it. "Is everything ok? You're sort of exploding." The monster gurgled a few times and smiled happily.
"I guess its fine!" I said standing back up. We continued walking until we came to a different kind of walkway.
"Uh, Its moving Frisk." As soon as we stepped on us we were moving at super sonic speeds! I almost fell at one point in the trip and I was honestly pretty relieved once we made it to the end.
"How about we never do that again." Cory nodded in agreement.
Along the road there were multiple jump pads, which were just as scary as the speed walkways. We had a little help from Alphys on getting past them. Once we got past the jump pads we saw an elevator with a few monsters waiting outside it.
