Hey guys I hope you're having a wonderful day!
Part 3/5
Frisk P.O.V
I still couldnt get the image of the man out of my mind! The way he flickered which was so much like how Cory flickered.
We got off the elevator and the heat hit ny face once again.
"Dang this place is hot!" I said already sweating.
"I guess that's because I'm here!" Cory said smugly.
"Oh shut up." We walked in silence for a while. I thought about how holding hands with sweaty hands is pretty bad. Yeah, real productive.
Cory on the other hand had been thinking of other things.
"So he texted you the word Chara?" I had informed him about my encounter with the strange being.
"Yep. I dont know what it means, if it's a name or its name. Honestly I just want to forget about that entirely." Cory nodded his head accepting it.
"Hotter!" I turned to Cory with wide eyes.
"Did you hear that?" Cory nodded looking for where the voice came from.
"Hotter! Why wont this place get hot?!" Its pretty hot to me!
We rounded the corner to see a literal flame. It was a tall pile of rope with a burning head and pretty cool shoes. It was dancing and stomping on the ground in anger, leaving black marks behind it.
"Hey!" I shouted at it, "what do you need help with?"
"Hotter! Hotter!" I noticed a random thermostat on a wall.
"Frisk, I dont think it has any arms to turn it!" Well then by all means I'd do the honor! Walking over I saw that the temperature was already at sweltering heat.
"Hey Cory, the moment I turn this on we're booking it." He nodded in agreememt.
I cranked up the thermostat by a solid 10 degrees and thought I had done it enough.
"Hotter!" I raised it another 10 degrees.
"Hotter!" I raised it by 15 degrees and could physically feel my body melting. I looked over to see Cory flickering like a mad man. So the heat makes him flicker! What a shame because this thing still wants it hotter.
"Hotter." It said a lot less enthusiastic this time. Maybe this heat was too much for it!(Straight fire? Like-like my mixtape?)
I raised the thermostat one more degree before quickly leaving with Cory in-tow. Somehow as we moved on the heat slowly cooled back down to its normal 130 degrees.
The next room was very dark. And I mean VERY dark. It was the kind of darkness that was there when we saw the being.
Bring!
This was definatly giving me a sense of Deja Vu. I checked my phone to see it was Alphys! Thank God!
"Hello?" I asked.
"Uh, hi! It seems really d-dark in here! Give me a second and I-I'll turn the lights on!" She hung up and almost immediatly the lights came on. To reveal a cooking show where smack dowb in the middle was a robot.
"HELLO, DARLINGS! So nice of you to drop by!" A stage light somewhere shone on the robot.
"Welcome to the Mettaton cooking show where we do a Metta-ton of cooking!" This human killer robot didbt seem so vicious. So far we had completed a quiz and now we were going to cook.
