There aren't any other cars out tonight. Its just Sam and I. The windows and top are all down with music blasting. We both know that the music is too loud but we don't care. My mind is free. Im not thinking about anything else...in this moment im happy, and in this moment I'm free...

Sam's smile was lighting up the night and I couldn't help but stare. His eyes were glowing in the dark and his hair shined. I never saw him this way. He was perfect especially in this moment and time.

Sam turns and looks at me and winks. "What? do I have something on my face?" He laughs. I begin to stutter and blush. Then it hits me... there's no need to be nervous. I Stand up on the seat gripping the wind shield tightly as I laugh. "FASTER!" I scream. Sam starts laughing harder and hits the gas. With the wind rushing through my hair and the smell of autumn leaves filling the late night air I raise my hands up and shout. "Woohoo!" "You're really enjoying yourself Nina! Good to see you smile!" He turns the music up louder.

After some time he stops the car and turns it off. I turn in my seat looking around. "Where are we Sam?" he smiles and pulls the keys out and turns to face me and leans in closely...I can hear him breathe and I can smell his cologne. His scent, surrounds me and im completely entranced. He begins to whisper in my ear. "Its a surprise... do you trust me?" he then moves back slowly and looks at me waiting for a response.

I take a deep breath in and slowly let it out. My stomach is full of butterflies and I'm cold. "Yes Sam I do trust you." I breath in again. "Lets do this..." Sam flashes me another smile and gets out of the car, jumping over the hood and opens my door before I can even reach the handle.

"Ladies first" He says directing me out of the car. Where are we? Its so unfamiliar. "Well thank you sir." I say in a british accent. Sam guides me past the endless walls and bushes. In the dark it was hard not to trip on everything. We finally reach a tall black fence. Easy to climb. But if there's a fence, that means we shouldn't be entering. Sam begins to climb up. "Come on Nina!" he whispers. I just stand there unable to move and my mind begins to start questioning and I can feel my shield start to form again.

Sam jumps down and stands in front of me placing his hands on my shoulders. "Nina...if you aren't comfortable, we don't have to do it. Just know I want to spend time with you. I know we haven't done that much lately and when we do I just complain about..."

"Jenna" I say coldly.

"Yes...Jenna... And all I want is to just hang out with you without worrying about a thing in the world. If you want to go home, say the word and we'll head home right now." He says in a caring manner.

I look at him and nod...turn around, Then quickly run up to the fence, climb it and sit on top. "What are you waiting for? Are you chicken?" I say as I laugh. "That marty mcfly shit won't work on me...but I can do it a lot better than you can" He climbs up and sits next to me and swings over to the other side and I follow.

As we walk in I can see that the area is glowing blue. We're at a pool... a closed pool. I turn to Sam and he's smiling. "It's been a while, huh?" I can't seem to understand what he means. Was I supposed to know this place? What was I missing? Then it all hits me. This is where we met. I hadn't been here since seventh grade. "Why are we here?" I ask slowly

"Good memories, nostalgia, fun. I think that's good enough...or maybe I just want to swim." he says as he reaches down and slowly pulls off his shirt. I feel my face burn as I watch him. He looks up at me and laughs. "Take a picture Nina, it'll last longer." My face turns even redder. "Maybe you should take off your clothes" He suggests. I flash him a stunned look. "Unless you want your clothes to get wet, but that's up to you." he says. I let out a breath of air. Why had I been so dumb. Why did I think he meant anything else.

I take my clothes off slowly and hesitantly and before I know it Sam's leading me to the pool and we both jump in. As we surface we both laugh. The adrenaline is rushing, the fear of being caught and the rush of seeing his body all wet... the rush of being with only Sam. He smiles at me and swims closer to me.

"Hi there." I say sweetly. He smiles and wraps his arms around my waist. My mind races with questions. Why is he holding me...what's going on?

"I meant to apologize about Jenna earlier. I had to answer...Sorry." I just look at him. "Its ok, I know she's important to you. I hope you two are ok." Sam pulls me into a hug and without a second thought I hold him back. Our skin is cold and wet against each other and I can feel my chest pressed up against his... and his cologne still lingering. "I heard what hunter said earlier..." I hear him whisper.

My body tenses up and I shake a bit... He had heard him. Why didn't he say anything then? Why now? He moves away and faces me...our faces an inch within each other.

"I thought it was one sided..."

My heart stops. Did he just...Sam just said he felt the same way. Did I hear this all wrong? Before I could question myself anymore I felt my lips against Sam's. His were warm and sweet. We held each other tightly and I could feel the warmth rush through my body, this was a completely new experience. Every bit of me was involved in this kiss...I wasn't motionless. And not too long after I felt his tongue slip into my mouth, and without thinking I did the same. Everything was in the moment and I never felt more alive then I did when we were this close...
