Chapter 60

(Sierras POV)

It was the next morning and I was finally happy to get ready for school. I got up and got ready then went into the kitchen and seen Tamar.

"Good morning mommy" I said cheesing.

"Goodmorning. Someone's in a great mood" she said. "I am" I said.

"That's good" she said.

"I made you some eggs" she said as she handed me my plate.

"Thanks" I said digging in. "Hurry up though you're gonna be late and we still have to get diezel" she said and I nodded.

I ate fastly then put my dish in the sink. I grabbed my back pack then we left.

"I thought you were taking Logan go school" I said to Tamar.

"Vince took him today" she said.

We arrived at Toni's house and Tamar hunked the horn.

Diezel came running out and he got in the car.

"Hello family" he said and I smiled.

"Hey boo" Tamar said. "Hi" I said.

"Where's Toni" Tamar asked. "She's inside giving Denim a pep talk" he said.

"What kind of pep talk" Tamar asked as she pulled out of the drive way.

"He's been getting bad grades in school" he said.

"Really it's only the third day" I said. "Exactly" he said and I laughed.

We reached the school minutes later and got out.

"Bye mommy" I said to Tamar.

"Bye guys have a nice day" she said then drove off.

We walked into school and I immediately seen Penelope.

"Sierra!" She yelled as she seen me walking closer to her.

"Hi Penelope" I said excitingly. "Did you do the homework?" She asked and I nodded my head.

"Good because I didn't" she said and I laughed. I reached into my bookbag and pulled out my homework.

"Here you go" I said handing it to her.

"Thanks you're a life safer" she said.

"Hey that's what friends are for" I said and we laughed.

We walked into first period and sat down. Princess and Sarah were giving us dirty looks.

Penelope's original seat was by princess but she asked to change it to where I was sitting.

The whole class time princess and Sarah kept snickering and making comments about me and it was really starting to hurt my feelings.

"Just ignore them" Penelope said and I gave a fake smile.

Few minutes later Penelope went to use the bathroom and I felt a paper hit me. I picked it up. It was a note.

I hope you know Penelope is not your friend and she's just using you.

I balled up the paper then threw it away. Is Penelope really using me? Is this a Bailey situation all over again.

That thought stayed in my head all day. We were now in lunch and I was really quiet.

"Sierra are you okay you haven't said a word like all day" Penelope said.

"Can I ask you something" I said and she nodded.

"Are you using me to get closer to the braxtons" I asked and her face fell.
