"Man, you guys are so cool!" the little boy, I now knew as Alex, gushed to Mich as we walked into the pack house.
"Can you teach me how to fight?" Anna Beth asked me.
I smiled. "Maybe I’ll come back when you’re a little older and teach you."
"Really?!" both girls exclaimed.
"I promise."
One of the boys scuffed. "Girls can’t fight. Fighting’s a guy’s job."
"Well you said the same thing about girls beating you at soccer and look how that turned out." I said with a smirked.
"But we won the second round!" Jack said.
"Only because we let you out of pity." I said with a dramatic sigh.
The girls giggled.
"What’s going on here?" someone asked from the kitchen doorway. You can probably guess who it was.
"Alpha!" Janise exclaimed before hopping over to him. "Beta Harmony helped us beat the boys at soccer!"
He blinked. "She did?"
