[Jack's POV]

I stepped out of the pod, onto the deck of the space dock. There were people strolling around, going about their daily business. I saw many species' of creatures. There were pigs with elephant trunks, cats with long dog tongues, there were even humans with snake eyes!

But I was here. My new home. Bossitron Station.

I was sent here to be stationed as an officer of the law. Space law, at least. And hell if I knew what all the space laws up here were. I wonder if drinking grape juice in a no-gravity zone was allowed.....

"Jack!" A strange woman stumbled toward me, tripped, and fell into my arms.

I caught her and she gazed up at me with blue cat-like eyes. She also had fangs that stuck out of the top of her mouth. Everything else about her was completely human, though.

"Um...." She tried to find the right words to say. I was absolutely sure that I was blushing just as much as she was.

She stood herself up again and brushed off her dark business-like outfit. It was a dark red maroon color. It reminded me of the color of blood.

This lady stuck out a friendly hand to me, "Josephine Murrrrrr." She purred the last syllable out, since she was part cat, I supposed.

I shook her hand, "Jack. Err...Sean." Her hand was clammy. It was cold, like she'd been holding ice the whole time.

She gasped, "Oh! You must be.....Oh, follow me." I didn't hesitate to imagine where she was taking me. A nice, small closet.....A tiny sitting room.....A bedroom with a double bed and -

WHAT WAS I THINKING RIGHT NOW??

She swung around and hit me right in the knockers. I glanced down and chuckled in pain. Of course she had a tail. It was a tiger orange, just like her hair.

I followed her through the mass of people. Some bumped into me or growled at me as I passed. Who did they think I was? Some king or something?

"Here we are," she stopped me at the top of a flight of metal stairs. The iron door was locked with a code box. It was a pad of buttons. A lot of buttons. I stopped counting at one hundred.

"What's the code?" I asked Josephine and she giggled behind her human hand.

"You don't know?" She assumed. I nodded, unsure of what else to say.

"Figure it out," she simply told me. She acted like it was as simple as recording a video. If only I had my Septic Sam plushie....

Wait.

I noticed a slight alteration in how some of the middle buttons were placed. I pressed them in the shape of Sam and... Wha-lla!

The iron door slid open.

Josephine purred, contentedly, "I knew you could do it, murrrr...."

I entered the small living space and Josephine followed me. She seemed to know what was coming next. I, on the other hand, had no idea.

"Hello?" I called. I heard an intake of breath somewhere.

A curtain hanging on the left side of the room was pushed aside. A tall woman with vibrant green eyes that glowed like radioactive acid stared at me with wonder. Her long, sandy brown hair fell to the level of her hips. It swayed back of forth, though there was no wind.

"You're here," she marveled, her voice as hushed as if it were a calm night in the woods.

"Y-Yeah...." I found my voice, and yet it cracked in the presence of such a beautiful young woman. Or was she young? Lord only knew with all the different species' aboard this ship.

"Are you Jacksepticeye?" She asked, her breath zooming past me as if it were a spring breeze. Odd, it smelled of cinnamon rolls.

I nodded, "Yes, ma'am, I am. Err..." I held my hand out, "My real name is Sean."

She took it and I kissed the top of her hand. I saw, out of the corner of my eyes, Josephine fumed angrily.

"I'm Princess Samantha," she blushes and tries not to smile.

I chuckle, "Pleasure to meet you. I have a plushie at home modeled after you."

At this point, Josephine is steaming out her ears. I see her glare at us with anger and fury and envy and everything else under the sun. I ignore her. She just seems like the kind of cat-girl-thing that just fangirls over everything.

"Just call me Princess Sam," her green eyes glow brighter with pure joy, "Come." She leaves my view, retreating back into the room behind the curtain. She wiggles her finger at me, gesturing for me to follow her. I do.

I enter a large bedroom with a bed with green covers and blue pillows. It's in the shape of a circle. It reminds me of a large bed-version of Septic Sam.

Princess Sam lays herself down on the bed, on her back. She tosses her brown hair behind her, grabs my collar and pulls me down on top of her.

"Ommf!" I exhale sharply as I land on her. She shoots me a flirty smile.

Should I be doing this right now? I know she's a princess, but.....

"You're dismissed, Josephine," she glances past me with an aggravated look.

Oh, yeah! I forgot that she was still here. I turn around and see her glaring at the Princess with what I can only guess is jealousy.

Something's wrong here.

I stand up, but Princess Sam pulls me back down.

"Let. Me. UP!!" I yell as she was still dragging me down, but when I yelled the last word out, a blast of green energy was unleashed from around me. Me.

Josephine gasps as I get to my feet, "He's the one."

Princess Sam scowls, "He can't be. I'M ruler."

Josephine's face contorts in satisfaction, "Not anymore." She steals the crown off of Sam's head and places it on my head. I feel something burn inside of me. What is it? Happiness? Joy? Content?

No. Fate.

Sam runs out with toxic tears streaming down her cheeks and I simply gaze upon her in disappointment. I can't believe I almost fell in love with such an evil creature.

I'm glad I'm the ruler now. I'll make things right.

"I know you will," Josephine says, smiling at me, like she knew what I was thinking.

Before I can ask her about it, she strolls out with the biggest grin on her face.

I walk out of the bedroom, which shifts in both color and form until it looks like my bedroom from my old cabin. Just like home.

I stand before the window that looks out upon all of the activity below, on Bossitron Station. My station.

This will work. I will make this work. I will make this the most hospitable station in all of the galaxy.
