Jack and I stayed in bed for what felt like a few minutes, except apparently I fell back asleep. I woke up to the sweet smell of food, the only way to safely wake me up in the morning.

"Did my beautiful flower finally wake up?" I knew it was Jack before I opened my eyes. I opened my eyes and stretched to find Jack looking over me. I smiled to him and he returned my smile and helped pull me out of bed.

"Do you have a brush by any chance?" I assumed he did since he had longer hair than most guys. Jack nodded and handed me his brush.

"Thanks." I smiled and brushed out my hair since I didn't have a mirror I didn't bother to part it.

"Jack this is a weird question but do you know how to braid hair?" Jack laughed a moment before nodding

"Who do you think does my hair every morning?"

I blushed and looked away realizing how stupid I must've sounded

"Come here." Jack pulled out a chair for me

"Thanks." I said as I sat down

"Now do you want a french, dutch, or normal braid?" I was kinda shocked by his knowledge of braids

"Oh! Since your hair is so thick I could probably do a double braid too if you want."

I was kinda overwhelmed by all my choices since I usually just do a french braid.

"Uhhh I mean you can do whatever you think would look good as long as my hair is out of my face."

Jack nodded and started on my hair. It felt really nice to have someone other than myself do my hair.

I looked at the meal prepared before me, pancakes toast and some blackberries.

Jack must've noticed me eyeballing my food, "I never asked if you were allergic to anything so I hope you can eat everything."

"Oh I'm not allergic to anything."

"Well that's good, and done!" Jack finished my hair and showed me a mirror, "I decided to do braids on the side of your face and merged them in the back. That way your hair will be out of your face and will still highlight how beautiful it is when it's down."

I blushed a little bit, "Thank you."

He smiled, "No problem."

Then I started to dig into my food, It was so good.

"Good?" Jack asked

"Very." I answered

We both smiled at each other and finished eating.

"Do you want to go horseback riding?"

I looked at him with surprise, "You have horses?"

Jack laughed and nodded, "Yes we have horses, come on I'll show you." Then I was lead to the stables

"Wow you have so many." I gawked at all the stables and horses in the pasture.

"Yah they have all been breed here." He informed me

My eyes wandered to this beautiful pure black horse with a white diamond on it's forehead. It was all alone in a corner of the stables

"Wow, this one's beautiful." I reached out to pet it but Jack stopped me abruptly

"Not that one. We named her Lightning because of her speed but she doesn't listen to anyone and bucks anyone off that tries to ride her." Jack warned

"Oh, that's a shame she really is gorgeous..."

Lightning looked at me and neighed

"That's weird usually if anyone gets near her she'll run around angrily."

I looked at lightning and she looked at me, we only just meet but I felt a deep bond with her and it seemed she felt it to. I started to move over to her with my hand out, Jack started to stop me but I pushed him away. Then Lightning lowered her head to me and let me pet her.

"Wow, that is amazing. Where did you learn to train horses like that?" He asked

I shrugged my shoulders and continued to pet lightning, "I don't know I just felt a connection with her."

"Well, do you want to ride her?"

I looked at him with excitement, "Yes!" I almost shouted

He laughed and got gear for Lightning

"I can saddle her I've geared up a horse before."

Jack nodded and I saddled up Lightning. I slowly opened the gate to her stall as Jack finished saddling up his horse. I started to lead lightning out with the bridle but she didn't seem like she would run so I just dropped it. Lightning followed me to where Jack was.

"Wow, I never thought she would listen to anyone." Jack said out of surprise while examining Lightning.

"Anyway, this is Storm." Storm, a grey horse with white accents on his ankles and back. Jack started leading Storm out and I beckoned for lightning to follow. When we got out we mounted our horses. Lightning was a tall horse so I really didn't know how to scale her.

"Need any help there?" Jack asked from atop his horse

"No, I got it."

I put my foot on the stirrup and patted Lightnings hip, "Can you bend for me please?" I asked Lightning

She listened and bent her knees for me then I was atop her.

"Alright let's go!" I called out to Jack who smiled and got Storm into a trot. Lightning only had to walk to keep up with him.

"We can go in the forest for a while I you'd like." Jack offered

I nodded at Jacks offer, "Sure, lead the way." Jack started to lead on Storm but it seemed Lightning was the one leading.

When it started to get dark we headed back and let our horses graze in the pasture. Then we watched the sunset,

"Today was fun, thanks." I looked over at Jack who looked at me

"Anytime." Then we walked back to our huts
