Chapter 32-Oh helllllllllmet please

Luke's POV

"We already have two down and we haven't been here long! We will be done in no time!"Callie cheers. I smile at her enthusiasm but mentally disagree. That means it is only going to get harder from here on out. We still have a lot more to go.

"This is getting exciting!"Paige exclaims clapping her hands together. Crystal just smiles and nod next to her. A few others nod and a few others shrug. That is not what I do.

"What gives you that vibe? This isn't fun?"Gavin agrees with me. He took the word right out of my open mouth. Probably said them better than I would have. Mine would get me soap in the mouth as a kid probably.

"Working together! We are learning how to be a team,"Paige reasons.

I am not gonna kill her vibe so I am gonna with that. That does not mean that I will ever agree with that sentence. That is why it is called an opinion, so I can disagree with it.

"Glad to see home positivity!"Tess smiles sending Gavin a glare. He just rolls his eyes and I don't know why but this makes me a laugh a little.

I cut off Autumn and try to be as polite as possible. It doesn't work that well considering I am Luke but still. I tried and that is what matters.

"Can I please go?"I jump up. "Please! Can Aries go after Leo?"I question.

"You mean can we go?"Lyla nudges me almost making me loose balance but I catch myself. Aden and Autumn exchange looks along with the rest of them. I don't think Lyla cares about going next but I want to! I want to be proud of something and I don't have patience. You don't want to make me wait. Trust me, it isn't pretty at all.

"So we don't here you bicker and complain the whole time, yes,"Aden sighs and I nod and smile.

"Thank you!"I shout starting to lead the pack. Judging by the look on their faces I don't think they are pleased at the way I show leadership. I am very controlling. Of course not as controlling ad Vanessa and Vincent. Even they admit that sometimes.

"We don't want to hear a peep out of you until we get to the next tree!"Sonya warns me and I turn around and smile. They all look at me with amused looks.

"How do you know where you are going? We didn't even read the Leo card yet?"Callie says folding her arms across her chest with a small smile.

"Wild guess. I guess my Leo instinct is starting to really ki-

"He is an idiot, that's why,"Lyla steps in cutting me off and I roll my eyes. We tease and annoy each other like a old couple all the time. I am used to all these nags at me. It is only a friendly relationship though, I am crushing to hard on Callie for that.
Everybody knows it too. Callie even knows so I don't mind how obvious it is, I don't try to hide it or anything. Mrs.Astro is the biggest problem, so K have to hide it from her. I think Callie might like me back too.

"It would be nice to know exactly where we am going though,"I brush off and Callie smiles and hands Lyla the card. Fine give her the responsibilities! Actually now that I think about it, I should be thankful for that.

"To find the Leo tree you need to go to the sandiest mound and carve a lion into the sand. Good luck!"Lyla reads and I smile impressed with it. Sounds like the most interesting one we have had to do so far! I like it!
